Was thinking about all the players we stupidly (?) shipped out / sold or didn’t sign when we had the chance to do so - over the past 5 years or so.
A "could have been" team:

Buffon (can't think of another GK but he did leave us)

Cancelo - Demiral - Romero - Spinnazola

????? - Aouar - Rovela - ?????

Haaland Mbappe

Please post on the correct forum https://www.redcafe.net/

Also, your lineup makes no sense. We still own Demiral and Rovella, selling Spinazzola was a great decision when you look at how many games he has played since leaving, Cancelo was talented but also an unprofessional retard so I don't blame management for dumping him

including Haaland and Mbappe :howler: we didn't miss out on them because we never had a chance.

romero is the one player who maybe belongs here but, you know, Tici gonna Tic

C’mon. Every team in the world had the chance to sign Mbappe and Haaland. Monaco and Dortmund were the teams that did. Smaller clubs with a rep for growing players. Not a coincidence.

This is redcafe style nonsense. Sorry.

Verratti and Barella could fit in those two midfield spots.

Schick is doing very well this season. I want to say Spinazzola even with his injury problems as well. Coman seems like a bitch, but he could've been useful for a while. Not that it was really our fault, but Tevez alongside Dybala would've been great :sigh:.

Nobody has mentioned Thierry Henry? Even though he might not have become the player he did if he'd stayed.

Also young Cristiano Ronaldo, because Salas refused to leave.

We could’ve signed

Huntelaar
Lisandro lopes
Aguero
Isco
D’agostino
Inler
Crouch
Berbatov
Golovin
Goetze
Branislav
Behrami
Pandev
Cassano
Di Natale
Armero
Bonaventura

And to think what could’ve been from this list of generational players…

I'm convinced that if Cassano had joined Juve at the time and was actually in an environment with some discipline and professionalism, he could have become one of the greats.

Cassano was fun to watch but that guy had issues that probably weren't worth the talent for a team like Juve. Sampdoria yes but not Juve

All I ever wanted was to see Litch, Vidal, Tevez and Mandzo playing at the same time. We would’ve bullied the entire damn continent
