They are simply amazing for any kind of training, I enjoy them most when I do squats, lunges and dead lifts (with all its variations). I don't usually do these all alone but combine them with cardio creating functional sessions. They feel excellent on the back and the knees and provide a much better surprising stability. I haven't yet tried them in running (or did any running in general) because I am still suffering my Plantar fasciitis. I will meet a physiotherapist in a week or two and try to fix the problem.
I figured they'd be awesome for squats, lunges and deadliffs. I'd be interested in using them for running as well though. I have a weights set at home (up till 130 kg) and I work out barefoot, but I think the FF's might prevent me from slipping.
