Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex girlfriend Jasmine Lennard has hit out at the Juventus striker on Twitter. Jasmine was the girlfriend of Cristiano when the Portuguese ace played for Manchester United.

“No I’m not scared of him and yes I’ve kept ALL his dirty secrets for a decade there are SO MANY. This was a step too far. I can not and will not get on board defending him against these allegations when I believe he is guilty”, she wrote on Twitter. Jasmine Lennard also calls Ronaldo a ‘psychopath’ and a ‘liar’.

“[He] told me if I dated anyone else or if I left my house he’d have me kidnapped and have my body cut up and put in a bag and thrown in a river. Yes I have proof of everything I’m saying. He’s a psychopath”, she added.

Ronaldo returned to training with Juventus yesterday. The Black-and-Whites will play against Bologna in Coppa Italia on the 12th of January. Four days later they will be facing AC Milan in the Supercoppa.

i wonder what @Hist 's thoughts are on this.

I thought he'd get caught up in the #Metoo campaigns just like many other celebrities and lose his sponsorships etc..until the courts have looked into it at the very least. but I am surprised he didnt. It might have to do with the nature of sports fans (consider NFL fans anger at Colin taking the knee). They are not the most progressive bunch. The average is probably not too different from the racist filth you often see roaming around this forum if not worse.

Personally from the limited stuff I have seen, I wouldnt be surprised at all if he is a rapist and paid that woman off. But at the same time, I now dont expect Juve fans to care even if its proven, as long as he helps the team win. You see that even here. Such is tribalism in football.
