Word is, Elkann is sacking him not just because of the poor choice in manager and questionable signings, but his awful attitude towards current players, other directors and the players/staff he eventually forced out of the club (Allegri, Danilo, Chiesa, Szczesny etc). So he was a proper toxic cunt. Good fucking riddance.
How is that news to Elkann? It’s not like the guy just entered the world of football. He worked at different clubs for years - you’d think one would know after all those years

He is indeed the worst and taking in consideration that it was needed a titanic effort to dethrone Tici and secco....

In one year this guy got everything totally wrong. From coach to signings to behaviour to lack of prese4nce to everything.

At the very least secco lasted more and Ticci got some goals with CR7... Giuntoli achieved just disaster.
He able to reduce a lot of wage bill and if the report is true our annual financial report is become +€10m after several season losing more than -€100m, -€200m. This will be a start of our sustainability project.

It easy to see everything in hindsight. I also oppose to sell Huijsen but the problem that time is he overcommitted to the manager (Motta). Selling Huijsen to fund Todibo which failed and become Kalulu. Yes, Kelly shouldn't have been bought but we need left footed CB or LB hybrid with Motta played 4 man defense. We sign Veiga and Kelly. At the time we still have the opportunity to go more in Champions League and hit by injury. In the end, we actually need a defender, even there is Kalulu injury and suspension, Gatti injury, ans Veiga injury. so we will never know what will happen if dont sign Kelly as extra defender. Will we get 4th spot? we just lead by 1 point margin, it can be worse if we lost against Roma (Away) back then

And its not €26m. It is €3m + €14.5m + bonus. If we paid bonus up to €6.5m, it means Kelly turns out good for us

Just want to give a different perspective on Giuntoli's tenure. Altough we can judge him as failed for sporting project, we can still appreciate the result in financial perspective and getting 4th spot to Champions League this season (crucial). He is not the worst.

The summary littleprince shared from Romeo Agresti in previous page sum it up why move from Giuntoli and appoint new management structure is important. It seems a good decision but we cant just judge Giuntoli for all the bad thing he's done but also there still some positives
