I wish somebody asks him about how Huijsen ended up in Real Madrid for 60m 9 months after he decided he wasn't good enough
I recall reading that huijsen said this cunt told him he liked him but had to sell him to raise funds to buy more important players. So we sold him and bought a handful of useless cunts that cost 200m.

I mean he could have sold Gatti as I don't see Real paying 60m for him today.

Worse than Tici, confirmed or not?
paratici is the worst of my lifetime, and it's not even comparable. he's the ultimate terrorist manager, all he did was damage to both the books and the squad

not that toli is an excellent manager but now we'll be in the green for the first time since 2018 iirc at least. of course he should be fired, he's most probably a jackass and among other flops kelly is completely unacceptable signing. but while tici inherited a very strong squad and healthy finances, toli got the hardest possible job and he didn't wreck the club. as tudor said it today, this squad is/was competitive at the beginning of the season. we lost way too many points from leading positions, that's the responsibility of the squad too, can't blame that on the management only

tl;dr: if on a scale of -5 to 5, tici is -4,49, toli is like -2,61

Guintoli has done nowhere close to the destruction that Tici did. The difference is Tici was appointed at the height of the club's recent success.

Spending all that money on CR7 (when the club already had Golzalo) while neglecting the midfield and defense was a clown show that may never be topped

Saying Toli is worse than Tici is typical Tuz recency bias

Tici destroyed us financially. Junktoli has had one miserable window and that could probably cost his job but what Tici did set the club back by almost half a decade.

Also Guintoli at least prioritized the rebuilding of the midfield which was the right move imo and he acquired Thuram, Luiz and Koop. In the summer that looked like quite the accomplishment considering the seasons that luiz and koop were coming off of. kind of crazy how poor the two of them turned out to be and im not sure that means Toli was wrong to sign them.

Mate Higuain was done by the time CR7 arrived.

That doesn't mean you blow €400M on a 33 year old superstar. Which is why Marotta left and we still haven't recovered from that catastrophic sporting/economic decision.

If not for Covid, Tici's grand plan was to buy Pogba for €100M. His suicidal transfer strategy and mishandling of the club's finances in general forced Exor to pump almost a billion to cover the losses.

and here you are to defend Tici :touched:

Tici's wife isn't this loyal
Do I need to remind you that Higuain was overweight, slow and frankly made today's Dusan Vlahovic look like prime Haaland after Sarri left, he had to leave.

It was catastrophic more to the fact we bought him as Covid hit and we were never able to financially recover, but covid is hardly the club's fault, just unfortunate in the timing.
Still Higuain had to leave irrespective of who replaced him.

Higuain and Dybala were in the top 3 attacking duos in Europe.
