look motta sucks badly. but this guy is just pure chaos.

forced danilo out despite club being short on defenders. took forever to sign players in that department. and alberto costa he did sign for 15m is not getting any minutes. why waste money on him if he won't play and danilo was available?

bought a goalie before selling the current one. then forced the old one out with buyout of contract when he couldnt' sell. waste of time and resources.

tried to force mckennie out. wasted time doing it and treated him like garbage, affecting morale despite him being a good player.

forced chiesa out. we know how bad that saga was.

We just need him to renew Vlahovic at 12M

According to Robee that's very much like Marotta

Krasic, Motta, Martinez, Traoré, Rinaudo, Sorensen, Lanzafame, Aquilani,... All out of Marotta's first summer :ghey:

Some people forget mistakes are very probable when rebuilding an entire squad and especially the salary house (which is exactly what Marotta started with too).

Bonucci was also shite in his first season. It will take a few more pieces to get our shit together.

We had too thin of a thin squad and far from all transfers are panning out for now which is to be expected but the real negative is how things are being dealt with... From Allegri to Chiesa to Danilo to the simple everyday business at the club. This team has no face. That needs to change asap. And we need to bring in a charismatic director / coach / whatever for it.

Agree with the last 3/4 of your post.

Not conte. He has all the attributes we need but his drawbacks are too much to ignore.
conte is an ideal rebuild guy though. i don't like him, since he left he made some comments and acts that were more than unacceptable from a juventino, but he's a pro at motivating and making players perform. look at this napoli backline and tell me with a straight face that it's the best defense of the league indeed lol

(i'd take buongiorno, others are trash)

yeah we'd need a completely new club with new management, starting from the top. but that's unlikely to happen, just like giuntoli is unlikely to leave. so the most we can hope for is a competent coach. conte is limited in europe, sucks in cup competitions, stubborn and all that, but if we want to protect some of our investments and not make a huge loss on koopmeiners, luiz and some of the other purchases that were intended to make motta happy, then we should absolutely consider a coach that would make them perform. we don't have star players, we don't have a tough locker to manage (yet motta is finding it difficult haha), we just need someone to kick the underperforming asses and change their mindset. we need a dictator, not a nice guy. and if you exclude rookies, that's either gasp or conte. conte is universally loved by his players, gasp is very hard to work with and often has beefs with players, so unless you have better ideas...

I don't think we do... Young players tend to get stressed way faster than experienced ones. Don't think running them into the ground and yelling the crap out of them is the way to go as long we have such a young squad.

On the contrary. Lo stile Juve has been gone for years now. If Motta goes, I'd wish for someone with class... In the mold of Ranieri, Lippi, Ancelotti, Ferguson,... but a modern and younger one. Maybe place a Tudor next to him if you really want a gorilla besides the lines but the face of the club needs to ooze class imo.

In what a world we live in when in the span of less than a year we sell a promising talent in Huijsen for a lower fee than we are about to pay for an mediocre and injury prone Lloyd Kelly while the team that purchased Huijsen from us is about to sell him for 3x more than what they paid for, meanwhile we will end up selling Kelly within the next year or two for 3x times less than what we paid for lol

Look at those signings.

They haven't just been underwhelming, they have been the worst players on the pitch for us and costing games. The others can't even make it on the pitch.

Thuram is the only permanent signing that has worked or even looked close to working. It remains to be seen what will happen with Kolo Muani and Conceicao.
