I think Monchi needs a manager or a backroom staff that get on with him. Our management will be fine, they'll leave him to do what he wants, because let's face it, they are never around! Monchi has Emery, just like Bergistan had Pep. That cohesion between sporting director and manager is important, and obviously when you're in a foreign country and your compatriot works alongside you, it just works better

As it stands Luis Campos will be available in the summer. He fell out with Luis Enrique last month, but there's gonna be a load of clubs already lined up for him. fagioli started well but faded, i cannot really blame the club on that one. juve probably saved his life from the betting mafia, no one can expect an employer to do more for an employee. he's more talented than it shows. we'll see how palladino deals with him

miretti is improving, he's still very young. he's good in the attacking 3rd, just needs to up his finishing. but he's using spaces like very few players, he's also a good passer and can actually dribble by defenders. i hope he returns, we could use him, this kind of football motta tries to implement suits him well too

I think the club was just being practical & it paid off. The cost of supporting him during the ban & reaping the rewards after selling were very encouraging. He will probably function as AM with proper DM's covering for him.
