Unless you have Madrid's budget, no one can.

But what you CAN do is take an old, unathletic team on high wages, reduce t
he wage bill by over 25%, field the youngest ever Juventus squad to start a season, bring in a modern coach with modern ideas, and work in synergy with that coach to give him the types of players that he needs.

You know what we have now that we didn't have the last few seasons? A foundation on which the team will be built on.

We also have identity now as to what type of football we want to play.

And we have optimism

So why all of a sudden we are supposed to praise the work? Criticising was supposed to wait until the results start coming. Why can't the praise also wait?

They want us to praise him for doing his job. A job he has done poorly anyway

It’s like saying vlahovic deserves praise for scoring goals…but that’s his job? You don’t need praise for that.

The best thing Jungtoli did was bring in Motta. I like him already. But we thought we were building a great base with the likes of Arturd, Rabiot, Ramsey, Bernardski, et cetera, then it turned to shit. Things seem to be heading in the right direction but sometimes first glances can be deceiving. :shifty:

you've been criticizing him for a year, haven't you. and nobody wanted to stop you

this will turn into an other allegri thread very quickly if we start the same tribal shit. at this rate just bring back rus, pavle, marc and all the other imbeciles and let the fun begin

I have to admit Guintoli and Motta really got me hyped. Thuram, Luiz, Conceicao, Gonzalez, Cabal, De Gregorio, Kalulu, maybe Koopmeiners.

Addition of youth with Rouhi, Savona, Mbangula and I think even Facundo.

Also really hopeful to see the players who were already here thrive now.

People wanted to shit on the idea to freeze players out but I think the prospect of not playing and not being wanted at Juve is pushing most of these guys to leave.

I see skies of blue
And clouds of white
The bright blessed day
The dark sacred night
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

Open your eyes, look up to the skies and see
He is just a poor boy, he needs no sympathy
Because he easy come, easy go (to the meeting)
Little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows doesn't really matter to him, to him

We need to balance the scales here. There has been unjustified, unwarranted criticism for weeks now.

You are right and at the end of the day, results is what matters most. But Junktoli's job was to reduce the wage bill as well and in that aspect, he's done well.

He's assembled a pretty decent squad imo and now we wait for Motta to cook.

so it only works one way? Could I not ask the same question with the criticism? This was his first real transfer window to put his mark on the club. His manager, his players. The results are TBD. So why are you criticizin?
