Yes, although he's probably talking about 4 years since we won a scudetto and therefore it's a rebuild. But everything before last summer is irrelevant to Giuntoli (unless, like certain members, you believe he was directing our mercato in the shadows at another club).

For 4 years I see no strategy. There's no long-term planning.
