Ooh, there were more and seeing as we have no out and out winger in the squad yet except for Weah maybe, an extra body is welcome. I don't care what he does at Palmeiras. It was always a pre-retirementnchoice to go back. Staying in Europe would've been diferent but please, continue to imagine things.
Evidently, you need money to bid. Those things are official. When accepted by all parties, you're obliged to fulfil your part. Ever bought a house?
Welcome to the pre- retirement Juventus utopia run by Robee! Featuring Felipe Anderson, Stephan El Shaarawy and many more wingers who should be playing beach football in Brazil :rofl:surely, why not take these players? Why not fund these deals selling younger and better players on a discount? Who could oppose these brilliant moves? Surely, only haters. Yeah SES only scored 3 goals last season. So what? Anderson not playing for mighty Palmeiras? Big whoop. They would do just fine at Juve and anyone who says differently is just imagining things.

And yes, jackass, i've bought a car, i've bought a home, i've bought a few mid-sized companies in EU too. In the end i've bought things for less than 1st bid too. These things happen. Not once did i showed up carrying big sack with $ sign on it and stated "This is my final offer on the table- take it or leave it", while twirling my moustache. Evidently this how things are done in Robee world

Again with the imaginary discount. You're simply delusional if you think relegated players with a half decent season go for over this projected 35 mil.

Again, imagining I said Anderson he'd do fine here. He made the choice to go back. Can not have those guys. With a different mindset, certainly players like those can do a job. We always had our share of Giaccherinis, Pepes, Padoins etc. doing well. Apparently your reading skills are off. Focus and try not to fall out of line like that it doesn't suit you or anyone. Just shows a lack of arguements.

Some people just expect us to buy Doku, Vinicius and co. for chop change and sell them at 200mil. Reality is different nowadays. Everyone is screening all over the world. It takes gambles to be first at those or get them at the right time and sometimes you have to jump, like Roma did with Soulé now. Time will tell if we'll regret it but we needed that cash. Any source on those other offers yet?

OK, as of today I'm finally getting over the dreadful preseason and 3:0 humiliation by Nurnberg.

But from Monday on I don't wonna hear it!

No excuses.

"We didn't have the money this summer, we're now -450 million". We didn't have much money in the summer of 2011 but we made a winning team!

"Giuntoli and Motta need time, we need to be patient". They had all the time in the world and they made a squad of 15 players to start the season with!

3 months are all the time in the world . Look at Klopp and how much time Liverpool give him before their success.

In 2011 we actually spent quite a lot relatively speaking. But Conte and Pirlo worked miracles there. Our team was still inferior to Milan in almost every aspect.

It's only Como we're facing. No excuses. 15 players or not. (It's 17 btw including 3 goalies + Miretti, Adzic and Milik injured).

But first game is always a stressy shitshow, so I'll take an Allegri-style 1-0 victory to hopefully have Koop and an extra winger for the next game.

Some pages back you can find a list of players with worse stats and higher transfer fees from last season. You can also google it. You can put fingers in your years and go "lalalala", that is also an option. And one of your favorite ones. This season we will also have similar list. Seems like other teams are able to do sell their assets and we are not. The simple reality we need to deal with here. To quate Gigi Buffon "Winner finds a way, loser finds an excuse". Your choice is to cope and pretend that we do a fine job.

If you can't formulate an opinion you yourself would defend, it makes no sense to continue engaging with you. And you've proved yourself to be monumentally confused (or dishonest) individual who will adjust their opinion to suit the current argument.

I'd rather watch Giuntoli cooking

The fact is they also gave other managers 30 years to win them the League.

Don't care.

This is Juventus.

Winning is the only thing that matters.

Losers find an excuse. I stand by that... after sporting results. Guess what I said. Wait and judge the results. I know who's confused.

"Assets" is the right choice of words. We have deadwood on overpriced wages, hence why we can't sell them and needed to sell our talents.

Also people need to start seperating explanations/trying to make sense of things and opinions in here.

I'm officially forming Tuz Facts Club.

Only facts allowed.

Everybody is welcome. But you have to deliver facts and only facts.

I think this is the way to calm the situation on this forum a bit and stop with accusations.

Here is a fact: We are not ready for the season start in 5 days.

Anyone wanting to dispute this, I'm listening.

Grandpa pls

Winning AND being attractive, playing good football matters in the 21st century.

JJ are a global club. This archaic thinking is why Italy hasn't progressed as a football nation for the last 15 years.

I believe the facts are different sir and here they are presented to you by Tuz Facts Club:

1. Italy fucked up Juve 2 times over the last 2 decades leading to weaker Juve. Since Juve is the backbone of Serie A, thus Serie A went down big time.
2. Bad stadiums.
3. Low appeal of the league compared to England.
4. The low-minded mentality of football club bosses with no vision.
5. Etc.

Ser, all those points are correct, no disputing that but Serie A even in its prime wasn't penetrating International markets like the way EPL or the Spanish teams have done.

Gen Z make up for majority of the football fans these days and they have low attention span. Who the fuck would waste their time watching 1-0 and inshallah. Like seriously..

Tell that to teams like Real Madrid, Barca, Bayern etc who all have winning DNA and manage to be attractive football teams at the same time.

We can keep our identity AND adapt to modern standards at the same time. It's not always black or white with JJ no pun intended.

Ok, but at the same time, can I start a Tuz Delusion Club as your backup, just in case for some urgent copium needs from the members?
