If he fucks this transfer window up he should get 100% fired. I dont want to hear any lame excuses about money constraints. He had all the time in the world to devise a viable plan for acquisitions, sales, and renewals. He has failed spectacularly so far , except for landing motta and the luiz deal which i will give him credit for. Otherwise he wasted the summer chasing rabiot, calafiori, todibo, and koop, only to sign cabal and kalulu. He alienated the whole team with his exclusion of 11 fucking players at once, and didnt sell a single one. Meanwhile we got the chiesa saga, and 0 winger reinforcements. So far it's a total and irredeemable failure.
Our bids for Koopmeiners, Todibo, Kalulu and Gonzalez for instance? Or do you wish to ignore those?
Aren't you the guy who's complaining about the lack of wingers? But you declined a decent on a free. Whiners are always gonna whine. I know. I'd still take him as a backup on a free with a short and payable contract.
Also, keep talking pre-covid and imaginary numbers please. Dybala had more than 6 good months and cost what 40 mil? He was also much better and it's only 5 million over what we estimated we'll eventually get from Soulé...
Besides it wasn't Roma's first offer but you're trying to make stuff up again. All you're doing is twisting everything so it fits the 'we sold too cheap' while we got 30 mil + 10% (not 25, mister) for someone who got relegated and had like 6 good months. Remember Kulusevski, not playing relegation football, pre-covid and Atalanta didn't even get much more...
that's the worst part. imagine the future attitude of mckennie or chiesa, or any other excluded player for that matter. and also the remaining players will have their own rightful conclusion
and i get that many players are unsellable. but in that case you need to be prepared for the inevitable and be ready to work with them until their contract expires - or take the l and pay up for the replacements. and only very few like tek and rabiot have replacements lol
it looks like the company has zero flexibility and it's not looking good at all for the future campaigns, be it mercato or renewals. leaders have to be stubborn and often times a line has to be drawn but you have to be careful. my first advice i got from an older colleague was basically the equivalent of "do no harm" principle. and it looks like giuntoli is doing more harm than not so far

kulusevski for parma had sligtly better season than soule and atalanta sold him to juve for 40m. this was back in 2020 and he was around same age roughly.
4 years later 25m for soule considering inflation of prices is very low. minimum should have been 30m before any clauses or bonuses
Don't be ridiculous, thats pre- covid prices. Those days you could get 60mil for every Zidane. Now you can only charge 60mil for a creme de la creme players like Romeo Lavia
You ARE that idiot.
Yeah, decent Lazio reject who does not play for Palmeiras. Where do i sign?
And evidently we need money to BID how much did it cost for us to bid for Todibo precisely?

Ooh, there were more and seeing as we have no out and out winger in the squad yet except for Weah maybe, an extra body is welcome. I don't care what he does at Palmeiras. It was always a pre-retirementnchoice to go back. Staying in Europe would've been diferent but please, continue to imagine things.
Evidently, you need money to bid. Those things are official. When accepted by all parties, you're obliged to fulfil your part. Ever bought a house?
Ha, now bring in the 90s prices as "proof". New level of reasoning unlocked.
But, yes pre & post covid are different realities for clubs. Just look at the Chiesa situation. Teams would be fapping all over the place for such a deal before 2020. Only 15 mil... Now they balk at the salary. And twice as hard in Italy. Every fucking team is trying to bring the wage bill down. I wonder why.

What if we win the title next year or we push the eventual champions to the wire.
Would you still want him out?
Isn't it a bit too early to pass this kind of judgement?
There are a bunch of people in here who aren't going to look so good if we have a good to great season .
If we add koop , that nico guy we have a more than decent squad.
The problem is in defence where we need 3 starters regardless of kalulu , Danilo and cambiasso , but we can't expect to change all areas of the pitch in one transfer window.
Im not sure that if IF world should be in the same sentence with word champions right now. I would rather ask you IF you know what are you talking about. We have no team 5 days before our 1.st match.

I must admit I was fully onboard with his arrival. I thought he had a marrotta-esque eye for talent under the radar. Turned that average post-Sarri squad into one of the strongest teams in Europe. But so far he seems to be managing in this reckless FM/fantacalcio mode. I think this Koopmeiners obsession has been at the crux of our operations this summer- everything seems to be operating around getting this deal done, and its come at the cost of everything else. Other positions that need tending to more have been neglected. So we bandage them up with cheap fixes like Cabal and now, god forbid, Saelemakers. This only gives us a greater headache in the long term when it comes to offloading them.
We dont have the luxury of being able to splurge 55m (he's not even worth that much. Atalanta are conning us because we are desperate) on unneeded players. Focus on what needs fixing first.
True, he is not worse than paratici and cherubini, but he is definitely not what we expected.
1. He had one year of preperations
2. He have his own team of scouts
3. He knew we dont have money
4. He should be more cautios with our 'garbage' players.
5. He could handle project chiesa much better
6. Because of his stupidity, we will replace young soule and hijusen with other team's rejects.
There is probably more, but this is not what juventus should look for...
