it is funny how you dislike molinaro.
i can see why ranieri likes molinaro though ... name another player who does run as much as Molinaro ...
it is the opposite of tiago ... who just does not give a fuck and takes a walk in the park instead of fighting ...
i rate players that give their all higher than some player who has the "talent" but does not give a fuck what happens to the team and does not run his ass off.
And thats why Molinaro can hurt our club, more than Tiago.
I mean that the damage Tiago does in our team is painfully obvious,
but
Molinaro works like a cancer, he lies beneath surface and slowly eats away our team's health.
He is apparently a decent soldier who does a few mistakes and a minimum damage, when his performances accumulated has done much worse damage than Tiago.
Molinaro avoids to involve in our play and this is how he avoids to make many mistakes, he avoids to mark a player, avoiding getting humiliated by him. He avoids getting forward, avoiding the horrible crosses he feed us when he does,
he just runs up and down trying to convince himself that this would do an help.
BUT it doesnt, the linesmen also run up down and they hardly do us any help...
The contributions of Molinaro in our defensive department are zero,
his contribution in our offensive department are NEGATIVE!
Why is he still here?? Because he keeps trying?? Well
trying some times is just not enough!!!
Molinaro just cant cut it in professional football, he should focus his efforts on becoming a professional runner or smth,
why does he insist on becoming a football player since he cant dribble, he cant pass, he cant cross, he cant mark, he cant head the ball away, he cant tackle, he cant cross and he cant become useful in any way of tactical game, either be an off side trap or helping our team to develop her game up front.
Watch his positioning in our box or around it while we are in siege, he is clueless, this guy is not a professional football player!
I ve always had a special look in our LBs, since this is my position on the field, i know how i can disappear from the game, running up and down and doing nothing like Molinaro, but i have never seen such a clueless player like him wearing the Juventus jersey for so long. Even Balzaretti was 10 times the player Molinaro will ever be!
With him our left flank is widely exposed to any attack, as he only runs along with the opposition player and expect from our CBs to run forward to stop him.
This means that he doesnt help them and he further expose them and force them to do his job.
Offensively he is quite useless too, since he cant pass the ball properly and he cant even hit a whole plane with the accuracy of his crosses.
Forcing our wingers to do his job too, both offensively and defensively, Molinaro is the reason Neddy has got so tired this year and Giovinco will not be able to help us since he cant defend like Neddy and fill the gaps, Molinaro leaves open!
Just like it happened with Palla...
Molinaro with his presence jeopardize the efforts of our entire team!!
I hate Molinaro because he harms our team indirectly, while this damage is cloaked and we only choose to see his admirable efforts to run around like a headless chicken...
I was afraid that we might tolerate his incompetence in our team because of this
and this is exactly what is happening!!!
We are forcing the rest of players to do an extra job just because we want to keep him, with him in our squad we are practically playing with 10 players.
If all this work-rate was productive, we could actually invert this effect and make us look like having an extra player. But this is not the case with this player,
he does hurt our team and his skills are so limited that he will never have the chance to become useful.
We only keep him because he is young and Italian,
hoping that he may improve some day,
our coach is so touched by his efforts, that he cant help it.
Our owners are unwilling to invest and they have forced CR to accept the situation and use him, just because they dont wont to invest and properly strengthen our team, CR chose to let this position as it is, considering her less vital than the rest.
IMO,
CR should insist, on replacing him with a proper football player, reallocating some of the resources we had available from other sectors.
But CR has eventually grown an affection on Molinaro, only because he sees him trying so hard to become a football player.
But this is Juventus FC ffs, we are not a football academy, or a mere serie C2 team, we are supposed to challenge for titles the best teams in Europe.
We are supposed to be competitive, we cant tolerate such incompetence within our ranks, we cannot afford to train useless player and lose points on the process because of their incompetence.
To remain competitive we need to be strong at every line, we are as strong, as our weakest link.
And this is exactly what Molinaro is and this exactly why i hate him,
now you know too...now you can see why i see Molinaro, as a major threat to our cause!
Molinaro expresses the minimum standards of our team, our future backbone, but our hopes for success depends on this minimum standards.
And if we can tolerate players like Molinaro, that indicates how low standards we have set to our selves,
that indicates that our future is as grim, as Molinaro's future.
I dont have anything personal against him, but i cannot tolerate his presence in the future of my beloved team, i cannot accept that, we cannot be turned into a team full of Molinaros. No matter how hard they try, they will never reach world class status, they will never become winners, we are supposed to be better than that. We need to find new champions, we cant build our team with Molinaros, we need promising material, we need competition, we need high standards!!
We need to have a vision, we need to aim high!
Molinaro is not the answer, he is exactly what we need to avoid to reach there...

Have you already forgotten what made us better than the rest of the mid-table teams?

Do you want us to suffer? Why would you defend Molinaro, why would you tolerate the faulty decisions of our managers? What did you like in our team in the past, what did you admired?
Is this why you are watching football? Is this why you are a Juve supporter, to see us playing with Molinaros, Almirons and Chimentis?
Do you actually enjoy this? Why would you defend this situation at every thread?
We cant place our fate on Molinaro's hands, we must not tolerate such incompetence!!! The fans should protest and if this is not enough, then an injury is our only hope to end Molinaro's Tyranny!!
