I love how 40mln is considered a meh sum since Higuain.

A couple of years ago anything above 40mln was considered an utopia for us.

It's not even about Higuain anymore. 40m is like 20m of the yesterday. Half-season wonders like Gagliardini cost 25-28m and then you have an even more hyped Kessie, who will break 30m mark for sure.

Tolisso is a more known and proven name + it's Lyon, they never sell cheaply
