Almost. Unless we lose at home to Cuba and Guatemala beat USA at home. I'm more confident that Guatemala won't achieve that than us not losing to Cuba though.
I think we'll beat the Guats even though I'm pretty sure we'll be playing our youth squad from here on out.

I think I counted 7 American supporters. My view of the game wasn't so good because I was sitting in the Curva Sud, but the white boy, Birchall was a boss. :D

I woke up in time to see the second half. If were we shit in the first half, that second half was the most dominating performance I have ever seen them play. Carlitos definitely ripped their LB a new one.

    So you're in England?

The draw is tomorrow. USA and Mexico are a given to qualify. Costa Rica most likely for third spot. Our best chance is for the 3 1/2 spot which we'll compete against Honduras and El Salavdor for and if we can't finish ahead of them, well... If we get that spot we'll have to play-off aginst 5th place from S. America which is the most difficult confederation, IMO.

Not that I'm complainig but CONCACAF has half a spot too many for such a crappy confederation.

i fuckin vex wit our defence that we lost that game!!! everybody blaming stern for the missed pen, but i blame ince for not savin the 2nd FK and the team as a whole for pullin a 03 milan and thinking they had the game won at 2-0 HT.

also manturana is not a good enuff coach to lead us to the WC. the only ting gettin us there is jack bankbook NOTHIN ELSE. we need an english speakin coach who can get his message across more emphaticall, not some ponce who has to speak thru a translator enev though he lived in an english speakin counrty for over a year. England wuda NEVER tak on fabio if he wasn;t eilling to learn english quickly so y shud we be any diff?

I can't believe the World Cup is already next summer. Still remember the last one like it was just last summer.

    God, I love this game.
