So what about good old Piccolo over at Empoli. He may not yet be challenging Nesta yet he has been fairly solid and would make a good backup. So do we own half of him or all of him? Also i was hoping someody who watches the France league could keep us posted on Almiron's progress at Monaco.

Well he played 2 matches so far for Monaco. His first match for Monaco on 26th of January,he was subbed in for Meriem in the 69th minute. He started in his next game on 9th of February and was subbed out in the 67th minute for Gakpe'.

A few updates on a few loanded out or co-owned players:

Lanzafame: He played 17 times so far for Bari, scoring 3 goals and receiving 3 yellow cards. His overall playing time is 1048 minutes so far, which is pretty good for a 21 year old,he can be considered a starter more or less.

Maniero: He played just 11 times so far for Ascoli in Serie B,scoring 0 goals and having no assists. His overall playing time is 312 minutes so far, which is not much. He was mostly a substitute.

Paolucci: He wasn't getting much playing time at Udinese, just 8 minutes, so he moved on to Atalanta where he was subebd in against Reggina for about 20 minutes.

Venitucci: He played almost 6 complete games for Treviso, about 540 minutes so far. No assists or goals. I wonder why he isn't playing anymore.Injury?

Luci: He played 13 games so far for Serie B side Ascoli(757 minutes),he received 3 yellow cards. He can be considered a starter.

Urbano: Is enjoying his life in Serie C.

Criscito: No Bad Blood With Juve

Domenico Criscito insists that there are no problems between himself and his parent club Juventus.

Criscito is currently on-loan at Genoa, and this Sunday will come up against the Bianconeri at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

The 21-year-old started the season as a first-choice in Juve’s defence, however a catalogue of errors led to him being dropped, and eventually shipped out on loan to Genoa in January.

“If Genoa score I will celebrate,” Criscito noted.

“You can bet on that! But I will respect my teammates and the fans.

“There is no bad blood between me and Juventus. I have learnt a lot in Turin, but I am playing more in Genoa.”

Juventus are in poor form going into the game as they have picked up just one point from their last three Serie A matches, including last week’s 3-2 home defeat to Fiorentina.

“If they concede it will be important to exploit the situation,” continued Criscito.

“We have to be united and concentrate for 90 minutes, expecting them to come at us. But if you make a mistake against Juve, then you’re finished.

for mimmo, it's only the lack of strengh hurts him apart from the need of experience which is common to all youngsters.

from what i read from juventus.com, mimmo is a player that reviews his opponents thru videos in his free time, i think he is clear of things and intelligent.

Big difference between being good in Serie B and being good for Juve.

Most of our youngsters won't be good enough to stay at the club and so trading those that won't make it is a good option.
