    btw i restarted as juve and i want to know if anyone has actually produced any talent.

    is kovalenko any good? ;)

    Yes he is. Just try to loan him out to any other team or give him an intensive training and in 2 years He will become a very good striker.

    Regards the whole training thing, how hard a player trains is determined by his determination rating.

    As someone else mentioned, age is also a factor. Players under 23 improve much more than older players, while once players get into their mid-thirtys, they get worse. Although this can be staved off for a while by the training, you can sometimes see a disasterous drop-off in ability, especially in areas like stamina, pace, strength, etc.

    the team manages a lot of shots on goal however the finishing is terrible.

    another problem is whatever training i put my players in they only improve in physical and almost never in tactics or mental. attack is rare too.
