I think you're spot on - he's taken 5 games to figure out not only who the best players are but also how to get them to play together. This 343 looks like the answer as it gets the best out of nearly everybody. This is especially important because it makes the job of the DS far easier because if we have a set system we know what types of player we need and in what position.
