Whether Ranieri will admit it or not the team is seriously out of form at the moment. But my main problem with him is that he is always ok with a point. He isn't a loser, infact he's absolutely petrified of losing but he isn't a winner either. This attitude is contageous, we only survived last year because of the players determination but now ranieri is rubbing off on them.

ive said it once, ive said it about two hundred times and this time wont be the last but once again ranieri has no cajones!

Yes it is. As a team, we have nothing going for us apart from a few good individuals. No team chemistry, no team plan when we take the pitch, no ability to totally own the pitch. This debacle today was similar to many of our matches in the past year except worse. It's the manager's responsibility to get the team to play as a team, to work on team chemistry and passing, but these are facets of football we're pretty bad at.

Actually, it kind remind me the last season Inter: good players (individuals) but no team. I think we are passing trough the same thing. The weird thing is that we didn't bought in so many new faces to lose our identity as a team. That meas we never had a "team"? So far I could said we never had such a thing like that. As you say, Andy, there is no team.

These are the times when i miss Capello!! He knew exactly which player is in form and wich player is not out of form!! Now i dont want you to get me wrong but that is the truth!!

I rather to have 2-3 chances and score 2-3 goals than have 20 shots and score 2. I think we can mix both things, we just need to find the "team"

i miss capello as well but i think prandelli would be best case scenario and spaletti would be acceptable as well

I say we aren't a team because we don't play as a team. Now, the whole purpose of a manager is to make us play as a team. And he isn't doing that, which is partially why I don't like him. He has to do whatever it takes to give us efficiency, chemistry, and a plan out there. My opinion won't change until it happens.
