Spaletti is hands down the best coach in the Serie A in my opinion. Roma play the most attractive football and it shows as well with there constant Top 3 finishes.

Sadly, that idiot named Totti brings them down. I feel bad for Roma, great fans, beautiful venue, horrible captain.

I like Spalletti, but he is extremely one-dimensional. The Roma fans and most viewers of Roma rightly criticise him for tactically being one trick pony, doesnt change tactics or knows how to adapt when it the ingredients to his nice tactic isnt there (without Totti, Perrotta sucking etc). He just keeps on with the same one, regardless of the road ahead is the edge of a cliff. Basically very nice propoganda football coach, but an uneffective one if you expect to win titles.

Ancelotti is clearly better him despite Roma being better team and playing nice football. And the best is Prandelli.

We must give Ranieri some credit , we won aginat all big teams , we qualified to Cl (hopefully) with a squad who just came from serie B , it is not simple to do that .

Ranieri: Just No Letting Up

Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri has warned his team against complacency as they look to follow up their thrilling victory against Milan by taking maximum points from Parma on Wednesday.

The Bianconeri are almost sure to qualify for the Champions League next season if they manage two more wins, and Ranieri is not in the mood to draw out the suspense.

“I don’t want to see my side relax,” he insisted. “I want the lads to give everything at the end of the season as that also helps for next year.

“We are coming out of the final bend and it can’t even cross our minds to switch off, but I’m sure that won’t happen.”

Ranieri can expect a hero's welcome when he returns to the Tardini, as he came in and rescued Parma from the grips of relegation last season. Now, the Ducati find themselves in a similarly perilous position as when he had taken over.

“It is a slight anomaly,” Ranieri sighed. “They really don’t deserve their League position. Even when they have played well, they have picked up few points.

“But Parma are worth more and we will need to be focused, combative and compact as we try to break the deadlock, otherwise it won’t be an easy game

“We have always struggled when games stay 0-0 for a long time. Parma will come here with the hunger of a side fighting for survival and I know all about that desire.

“You just have to see how Cagliari did here, even if they proved to be going through a good time and have proved that since.”

Ranieri went on to admit that Juventus' growing injury problems are giving him cause for concern, with Vincenzo Iaquinta, Cristiano Zanetti, Mohamed Sissoko and Pavel Nedved all out of tomorrow's makeup match.

“Unfortunately all the absences are concentrated in one area,” lamented Ranieri

“But I’m convinced that there will be a great spirit of selflessness and sacrifice.

“Mauro Camoranesi is one variable and the others have to do well and help support the way he plays.

“Nedved is in the squad and I will have to see whether I should pick him or not. He headed the ball yesterday, even without me asking whether he could.”

I will give Ranieri his due credit if we secure a CL bid for next year. Other than that I have no interest in praising or criticizing him at this moment. Plus, I've done my fair share of criticizing in this thread.

Ok so now the question is...

Do people still think Ranieri will leave after the end of the season?

Everyone said he`ll leave when season ends no matter if he secures CL spot or not but I highly doubt he`ll leave.

I dont think he'll leave.Sissoko's been brought on his request,we could end up with Lampard too..these things signify the board's resolve to keep Ranieri next season too.Plus the anti-Ranieri sentiment has cooled off somewhat because of the improved performances, which further strengthens his position.

I don't think that he'll leave because after the January dip the team has improved their play drastically. That game where he looked like there is a ton on his shoulders (Dominic, please refresh my memory) was the turning point. We lost some points but the game overall has improved and this is why I believe he will stay.

He will stay for sure. We had enough to doubt they would fire him even if he continued tobe inconsistent and not good enough all season long, but after the teams display has improved, there is even less likely.

I think its far too early for speculation on whether he will stay being that the same situation could have been applied to Didier last year. He got us promoted but was axed shortly thereafter. Our board could be waiting until we secure a CL bid and then may let him go this offseason. Anything is possible afterall...
