The problem is, name another coach (besides Lippi, maybe) that is better and available.

You have to remember that even our own dirigenza was aiming for only a UEFA Cup draw; so in this manner, Ranieri has actually far exceeded expectations. Without Inter's gifts, we would probably be second (and possibly even 1st).

Again, serious question: what is the highest on the Serie A table that a team has finished in their 1st year of promotion from B?
jose mourinho??
and by the way eh will end up at either barca or real NOT inter:pint:

I never said you were dumb, but rather your statements are inane. If you actually think Ranieri didn't have a competitive squad at both Chelsea and Valencia, and if you really believe Ranieri plays "attacking football," then you really cannot be taken seriously.
:smoke: cant argue with that andy

re Inter,
there is news that Drogba told teammates about his summer move to Inter..
meaning Jose is there too..

And that is very bad for us , as now they will have great coach as well as players..
Who cares, they will always be losers.. Ferrara said it, Inter know how to lose but they are yet to learn how to win.

I could not agree more. He's an ass and woud make Juve look bad with his big ego, I'm not willin to let that happen just so we are successful.

I wont criticise Ranieri for that.I thought that was a very good move.Yes,it didnt come off that well in the end,but had Chelsea beaten Monaco, people would have been raving about how Ranieri had the guts to replace a defender with a striker in an attempt to kill off the game.
I thought it was an unnecessary gamble. 1-1 away in the first leg is a good result.

The change meant that Chelsea couldn't take control of the game like they could have otherwise done.

That's because the most fans in the world obey to the words of the stupid mass media and we all know that the controversy of Mourinho by the media always gave them more publicity just because he was very successful coach.

I think Mourinho should be the first option and then Guus Hiting or Gérard Houllier.

True...
We are looking for success, not for being so nice in public!
Exactly. See rami understands the end result :pint:

Fuck all that media friendly b.s.

The media doesn't win scudetto's or give out CL bids fellas. Everything is still decided on the pitch, and if it happens to be that our coach is a total douche, well then so be it.

I would take a winning douche over an amiable failure any day of the week.

Mourinho has an ego the size of Manhattan and what does he have to show for
he was great at Porto true but at Chelsea he got every player he asked for and won titles but nothing in Europe
he is alright but not really a 'special one'
I know the media writes a lot of bs but numbers don't lie, he won titles with Porto and Chelsea but was that enough for a team that cost so much
apparently not cuz he got sacked or was let go whatever you want to call it
he had all the money to spend on a team he wanted and still their football sucked
I can appreciate more what he did at Porto but he seems to need all these Portugese around him to work and I don't really want that at Juve

He would have won if Pool didn't get that idiotic goal which was nowhere near past the line.

And tell me, who is better than Mourinho right now?

He won the UEFA Cup and then the Champions League with a team full of (back then) no names. So what if he didn't win it with Chelsea... he's still one of the best managers out there.

If somehow, we end up with consistency and finally come up with an attacking plan, other, than those long and desperate balls,
only then CR will prove himself, that he has some value and that he actually has a plan...
Since then, he seems clueless...

Buying the entire Portuguese national team would be idiotic, not what you said. So what if we have 3 or 4 Portuguese players in our team? If it bring us success, then we should have no problem with it.

I'd rather have that than have a manager with the brain the size of Nong Pradu Village in Thailand. Which is the case with RANNNNNIERI!
