thats what his track record says but i recon with the determination that this squad posses, the title is possible. As long as cl qualification is assured anything else achieved is a bonus especially if its the league title
I was tearing up with laughter when I read this. Determination only takes you so far...you need the skills and the tactics to take that extra step. Right now, it's the skills and the tactics that Juventus desparately needs.

No, not in Juventus' case. It's the heart of the players that have taken the team to where they are now, not the skills and the tactics. If Juventus had a more tactically-minded coach, one would surely know how to deploy midfielders like Tiago, and one would clearly see that Iaquinta should be starting ahead of Alessandro "Tree Roots" Del Piero.

hey retard i said his cl success with porto was a fluke. he was fortunate to have come up against a injury struck monaco in the final otherwise didi might of won the cl and not mourinho that year.

:howler:

Badass, you are so full of shit. Injury-struck Monaco? Deschamps had all of Giuly, Rothen, Morientes, Givet, Evra, Bernardi, Zikos, Ibarra and Roma on the pitch, all of which were always first choice players. Squillaci, Plasil, Prso, Nonda and Adebayor were on the bench, so how exactly were they injury-stricken? Stop making up stories... you look like a fool.

And if you believe that the tactics are working, you either know fuckall about football or you're not watching the matches. But actually, it's probably both.

Just keep living in your quaint little "Badass" dream world where Fabregas is a worse player than Mateo Paro.

guily was off after 23 mins thru injury which changed it for monaco to say the least, as did givet and only came on for the last 15 mins and if i remember correctly morientes wasn't 100% now how about the book of footballing history being tossed at ur head?

if the tactics are such a disastor as ur making it out to be we wouldn't be in 3rd place which a squad of our quality and depth on paper is quite respectable. and quit your bullshit where u bring other exaggerations, im not a big fan of fabregas, but i never said paro was better.

Look, Badass, Porto won the atch 3-0. So what if Giuly went out during the 23rd minute... Monaco didn't do shit in the first 23 minutes eanyway. Stop making excuses. Porto won 3-0. Mourinho and his men went past Manure and Lyon in the process. Get the fuck over it. It's not a fluke... and as Stephan alluded to Ranieri's history as a manager cannot even be considered a fluke as he's won fuckall.

Our tactics have indeed been shit; pretty much any reasonable Juve supporter would tell you that. We look fucking terrible as a whole out there. But I'm not surprised you continue to live with your "Badass" Juve googles on.

we didnt do shit for 70 mins today and still came out with something. so 23 mins for monaco is nothing, a match is never over till the final whistle, remember that.

mourinho's victory over man utd in that game was luck and rather dubious

You sound like an Inter fan, talking about luck.

The 2004 Champions League Final was a match that wasn't over until the final whistle blew. And when the final whistle blew, Porto won the match 3-0, so you remember that, and stop making inane excuses.

like i said, a match is never over till the final whistle is blown so no, especially since we have a habbit of scoring late in games this season
Had that been against a team in the top-half of the table, they would've been fucked. In three of the last four games Juventus has looked incredibly unimpressive, and my guess is that against Palermo next week they'll fail to get three points yet again.
