Mourinho would bring Capello-esque, 1-0 tactics back and try to be bigger than the club, no thx.

Lippi lost 3 of 4 Euro finals with us (won on penalties) Without Materazzi of all ppl he would have choked the WC final too! He is done, why hasn't anyone else tried to give him a job then? (Chelsea, Valencia, Tottenham, Sevilla, Man City) all top jobs with top $$, because he is the past.

While Ranieri continues to do well there is no need for a change and until he has had a fair crack with an improved squad it would be unnecessarily harsh to sack him. If that day comes Prandelli or Spalletti are the only choices IMO.

I am impressed with Ranieri, I think he handles himself well in what must be a stressful season, I would have liked a 4-3-3 formation more often but I really don't see the need for another coach. Mourinho means controversy and that is something we really don't need right now. Lippi? Is he motivated enough? the man has won everything

I Like Domenech – Ranieri Jokes

Juventus Coach Claudio Ranieri says that French boss Raymond Domenech has done him a favour by not calling up David Trezeguet as it means he will be fitter and stronger for his club side.

Domenech is undoubtedly the most hated football figure within Italy after stirring up a number of Calcio controversies over the past 18 months or so.

The 55-year-old named his France squad on Thursday for the Euro 2008 qualifier with Ukraine and once again left the prolific David Trezeguet out in the cold.

While the football community are virtually unanimous in agreeing that this was not a footballing decision by Domenech, Ranieri has thanked the ex-Lyon boss.

“I have changed my mind over him, he is actually a great man and has been nice to me,” joked Ranieri.

“However David is very disappointed with not being called up. In international football the wheel always turns and when a new coach of France arrives David will again receive the call-up he deserves.”

Ranieri concluded by looking ahead to Sunday’s Serie A trip to Parma.

“Parma are a difficult opponent and we cannot allow ourselves to take it easy if we want to keep in touch with Inter,” the Tinkerman said.

I was all for Ranieri when he first got the post, I stuck by him through pre-season and I was for the most part happy about how things were going this season. However, his tactics, or lack there of, are really starting to frustrate me now, especially after today's brilliant display of football.

This squad is reminiscent of Lippi's heart-driven-but-very-talented Juventus? Yeah, vaffanapoli Claudio.

but never won the european cup with the money and resources he had at chelsea, i think what he did at porto was a fluke and winning the league is not enough by our standards. no to mourinho, yes to lippi
so? mourinho done it with porto, that says it all, also he wont be as cocky with us, he knows juve are a top side.

Yeah... bringing no-name players such as Deco, Carvalho, Costinha and Maniche to stardom and winning the UEFA Cup, Champions League and EPL in consecutive years is a fluke...

Get the fuck out of here.

Add the 'Moronic Boss' infront of the money and resources bit.Jose is a brilliant manager.I dont get how you can call winning the biggest club trophy there is a fluke. You can win the odd match through a fluke, but certainly not an entire tournament. He had 3 goes at the CL with Chelsea.2 of those were against a Liverpool side. The 04/05 seasons saw Chelsea being knocked out by an extremley controversial goal. The 06/07 season saw Chelsea being knocked out on penalties.Chelsea were not outlclassed in either tie.Whats left is the encounter against Barcelona in the 05/06 season, and even then Chelsea were hard done by Lionel 'Pacino' Messi.

You mention Lippi.

Lippi only won 1 CL too.He won his first CL at the age of 48.Jose won his first CL at the age of 41.Jose did it with a side not considered a european giant.Lippi did it with a european giant.Im not undermining Lippi. He was fantastic with us.But his time is over at Juventus. As a coach atleast.Id love to him incharge in a presidential role or something though.

And for the record :

Jose oozes class.20 years down the road, this man could emulate the Capellos,Lippis,Trappatonis,Fergusons and Wengers. The man's arrogant.Who gives a flying fuck?He can stand on the Delle Alpi, look up to the sky and say 'There's only room for one of us in this universe.I choose Jose' and id still say the man is the best manager in the world right now.

his arrogance is part of his character, so it wouldnt change. id much prefer a manager who knows the italian game or better more has relations with juve, atm i have no complaints about ranieri with what he has to work with especially in the defensive department he is making us believe in the scudetto or at least european qualification, lets see what happens in the january transfers and im sure we will by then push for the title and forget about mourinho because we need stability at the club and not change managers because of ones past track record.

The thing is though badass, even if you call mourinhos success flukes, what can you call ranieris entire manager career then?
what matters to me is what he does with juve, so far so good. we look on course to meet our realistic objective - qualifying for cl if we win the league aswell which is a possibility then ranieri will go down in juve's history as the man who took us to utopia an achievment that not even his entire managerial career could tarnish, then what? most still be demanding mourinho?

I think Ranieri's a nice guy. But he's not good enough to give us a title.
