oh i agree but NO manager worth his salt is gonna come in now, with no chance to buy players and try to turn it around.

no matter who we get next year he will be a saviour from this season. however, some people really need to geta grip. we just came from serie b,hardly strengthened, of teh 3 big names we bought 2 flopped and the other has been injured,,,,hell we had to rely on legrotalie and boumsong for large parts of the season and none of them would have been squad players 3 seasons ago so accept we are not the GLORIOUS JUVE of the past but are in-fact a team in transition, still finding their feet and with a limited manager with limited options

c'mon, lets not defend him
a trainer is supposed to make a player better
since the beginning, molinaro, salih and nocerino have been playing worse and worse every game
that is called confidence, its no wonder it is slipping away when the fans are on their backs from the first minute

I am not talking about Ranieri, "Some member here can do better than him" bullshit.. Like Bozi said, this FM games is ruining kids' brains these days.. It's not like he picks a formation and then watches from the bench, being manager is not like that.. :wallbang:

I don't consider that as 'strange'.
You've read the newspapers/internet right?
Who was the one that said we had chance to win the title and we were strong and determinated, work hard etc?
Ofcourse, the fans start to expect to see these things in and off the field.
But somehow, I don't see determination and hard work from all players.
And as for the scudetto? We can kiss it goodbye

Actually, that's all he seems to do with the way we play every fucking match.

The only difference between him and an FM manager is that the FM manager is not going to pussy out like Ranieri.

Claudio is a pussy and that's why we always play the straight 4-4-2 and that's why Ranieri has won nothing. Pussy, full stop.

listen we never ever ever ever ever had a chance of teh scudetto, our squad is too weak. but NO manager in his right mind in that position at a club like our would ever admit that, he has to eb seen to be shooting for the top to get the best out of the players. otherwise they might happily settle for 3rd place and get overtaken, aim high it basic priniples of motivation

@ Andy: Ranieri makes good starting formation, you can't deny that! but you know what is his problem? If something goes wrong, he can't fix it while the match is on, he makes bad subs, or sits back, he is afraid to take a risk, this man can't lead champions, that's a fact! I think what he has done is enough.

Same thing today, he started great, we were strong enough, but at the second half, he should have took biri and sali from the beginning, taking out Nedved was the dumbest thing to do, with all these, we didn't lose because of him, we have to look objectively each match differently, we can't go on and blame Ranieri in every match! We mainly lost this match, because of Birindelli's huge error, Salihamidzic's idiotic reaction and Camoranesi's stupid tackle!

Yes we all know that.
But do you think that these players are machines?
They also realize that we stand NO chance, so the only thing he does is bring incredible pressure on their shoulders for every match.
And the saddest thing, AFTER he said all those things, we only went backwards

I think this is the reason why we, the CR bashers, and you disagree. I think, that this is EXACTLY the thing a manager should do. Not just set up a formation a choose players before the match, but actually change the tactics and players during the match, depending on how the game is going on. You, on the other hand, think that changing tactics and players during the game is something "extra".

you cut your coat according to your cloth. all managers have a preffered formation, the ones who dont and are more flexible tend to ahve a large playing pool to rotate and alter their sides with. we currently are at bare bones, we have sold more players than brought in and yet you lot still demand success. most managers set their stall out to play their way, then tweak during games when it does not go according to plan, you cannot send your team out every week inan different formation just becuase team a has a good AM or team b has agood RW....EVERY manager goes through tactice, you think he just says you play, you play and leaves it at that?every player has a dossier on the opposition before th game, they all know their roles. that does not garauntee success though and you still have to alter your plan during a game

at least in the real world you do!!

True, I agree with that completely. But the fact is that you don't take off your creative midfielder when you want to score, exactly as you don't take your center back when you want to defend the result. You, as a manager, have to make appropriate decisions during the match as well.
