Regarding his performance he was poor tonight, lost plenty of duels, misplaced passes all over the pitch, and contributed to barely anything good tonight. I liked him more in holding role and hopefully he features there more frequently, while b2b role should be given to more competent personnel.

Yea I criticzed Pogba because we all know he is better than what he showed today. I also don't see how this has anything to do with Marchisio. Lol but Pogba was immense right?

Actually he had a very solid match against Torino. The good thing about Marchisio is he can emit his tactical current from the bench to disrupt all Torino's offensive which led to our clean sheet. MOM for me.

Let's not get over our head here. I'm probably one of his biggest advocate here, but we're playing against an opposition we should cruise through easily anyways. He is looking good, and I think he can have a great future as a holding mid, but he still has to really prove himself against top-class opposition before we can truly make a call on his ability to replace Pirlo.

Yeah, I'm all in favor of rotating him more often with Marchisio, if plays less games he'll hopefully last longer as well, but to say he should be dropped from the first XI is a bit silly at this point in my opinion.
