He's just a regular Nazionale midfielder that brought us to a scudetto after 6 years of misery, Born and raised with Juve DNA, helped us demolish Celtic at home in a tough stadium to play in, led the nazionale to the final of Euro 2012...

Italy has a serious lack of quality at the moment. It really isn't hard to be a regular for the side. Don't care where he's from or where he was raised. Fuck that DNA shit, were running a club that should be amongst the best in world football and sentimental crap like that isn't going to take us forward. He didn't lead italy to any final, pirlo did. Don't try to change history. In fact he looked well out of his depth against spain in the final. He also coincidentally looked well out of his depth against bayern, we really should be expected to destroy teams like celtic regardless of how 'tough' it is.
The reason we should sell is because he for some reason beyond me has a lot of value. You could sell those other talentless clowns but fact is we would struggle to get a packet of crisps for them. But for him word is some teams would pay 30 mill and he's got quite a big reputation. We could use that money and put that to good use. You don't think about squad rotation before you have a great first 11. Let's sort that out first and then we'll fill the squad up.
