For how long will Pogba accept bench role? He became world champion and DD is seriously counting on him. One of the finest talents lately and to develop further he needs more playing time. We can disagree about his role but one thing is certain, Conte will use him more than last term. Let's hope he makes the best out of it.
He's fucking 19, yes he wil shut his mouth and do as his coach says.

Cmon man..

The guy is completely right. The best way to fuck over a youngsters progression is dropping him far to soon in the starter XI and getting all the pressure and responsibilities, unable to focus on his own game.

Its best to have him on the bench, getting playtime without pressure so he can focus on himself.
Bojan sucked because he fucking sucks, not because he got his chance too early!

All of the top players started player as young players, even before turning 19. So you're just wrong, typical Italian mentality when 23yo is considered too young to start. That was not the case with Ronaldo, Messi and tons of other players. Pogba is already better than majority of midfielders in Serie A, having him on bench makes no sense if reason being is young age and 'don't rush things'. That's bullshit.

messi wasplaying for barca when he was 17

robben epl 19

casillas was cl and la liga when he was 18

rooney was playing in epl when he was 16. yes 16 years old

maybe zach's post would have made sense if this was pogba's first season in top football. but after the season he had, establishing himself in league, cl and international football he is more than ready for first team regular play

Ronaldo too, I think he was like 18-19 while playing for Manchester. Pogba is an amazing player and he can easily be one the best players, if not the best, on his position. Those age comments make no sense. Luckily I think Conte knows that.

It was evident at the end of last season, wasn't it?

He has the passing, technique, vision and strength to be able to replace Pirlo in the future and I think it's gonna be Andrea who we see playing less games this season to make room for Pogba. Under Pirlo's tutelage, Pogba could easily become the next guy to play that deep-lying playmaker role.

You bunch of lovely dolts, can only seemb to name forwards, who can be substantionally good early in their career
Attackers, generally get more chances earlyer, cause if they fuck up, you perhaps dont score. it its a defender, you might lose cause of his blunder.

Central or defensive midfielders, defenders, now thats a diffrent story.

There is so much to learn, that isnt based on talent and tricks. Positionning, anticipation, reading the game. criticial things that get notably better with age.
its why defenders or controlling midfielders usually peak MUCH later then attacking players.

Pogba has shown at early age, he is like 4 years ahead of big quality players. that is massive, but now he's still just 20. You could instandly see the diffrence between him and marchisio, in how much efford opponents had to make to penitrate our half. that is offcourse normal cause marchisio is tactically one of the best in the world, hence why conte rates him so highly.

If we play pogba now, a positional mistake could cost us goals. and him having to focus far to much about "not fucking up" costs precious development time.

You guys need to stop pretending a bunch of talented juniors can go and win shit. this is not south america.
THere is a BIG reason why in italy, "23 is youngster", its because of the very tactical play in italy, where fuckups lose you games.

Its so easy to have a forward play. Hence, its a missed chance if he fails. a goal against... thats something else.

And i very much agree with this because the BEST thing to do, is simply have him rotate with pirlo, cause he has much more freedom, can learn from the way vidal and marchisio move and read the play but mostly, he'll have them both backing him up.

THIS, is why you will never see "oh play marrone and pogba togheter". Thats not enough cover, conte wont do that. Hence, he played giac and padoin in the center before he'd consider marrone next to pogba
