Marchisio has to gain a lot of weight to boss a midfield, but then his whole game would change in terms of stamina, pace ... He will be nothing more than depth option for us in the future.

I am not sure if you just had a bad day or you haven't played football in your life.

Now, I'm not denying Claudio has not developed into the influential figure I hoped he would and for me he is not suitable to captain Juventus after Buffon retires.

But most of what you said there is rubbish. He is a very capable midfielder with excellent technique and feeling for the game. He is a hard-worker and has excellent stamina levels which makes him a great all-round midfielder.

What he lacks the most is fortunately what his midfield collegue Vidal excels at. What Claudio needs to do is to become more aggressive. He is too timid to be able to impose himself in the middle of the pitch.
