Marchisio scores mostly the important goals! Those 2 against Milan last season, the 2-1 at the San Siro against Inter, the first goal against Cesena at home, the first against Celtic away (yeah, it was Matri but if Marchisio didn't put that ball in the net, the goal wouldn't have counted)...

I didn't say he should play Vidal's role but it's just that his runs upfront are sex and I want to see them more often.

A different nationality would go a long way. Would have probably been better if he was someone we bought, rather than a youth product as well.


It was a good read, but not a lot of "new" points in it, for me personally. Well, besides the term shuttler, that is.

Perhaps to a minority of delusional fans here but in Marchisio's case, being Italian and a youth product has done more good than bad. It pretty much saved his Juve career when he was a mediocre player. The club would not have been that patient towards a foreign mediocre player.
