tbh i fail to see anyone with any real leadership qualities after del piero and buffon, there is probably a case for chiellini, but marchisio doesn't come across as vocal or one that takes things upon himself

Chielleini can't lead a backline let alone a team. He's a great individual talent.

Players in the team with leadership qualities are Pirlo and Vucinic - I can't really identify anyone else.
