Wrong about what exactly? Do you want yourself a cookie because you spotted his greatness unlike us the haters?

Oh, and it's only 9 games into the season.
that you were wrong about the incessant trolling and undue criticism.

Note - its a general point, am not accusing you of doing that.

Why you feel so defensive about it is a question only you can answer.

True. The praise he keeps getting from the press, fans, players and coaches says it all. That's what you get only when you perform well on the pitch so it's nothing wrong with those who weren't seeing it happen when Marchisio wasn't playing well.

I'm sure you know there is no single Juve fan who would want a certain Juve player to fail, that's just ridiculous Ahmed. It's great that you saw something in the player the rest didn't but I honestly see this "rubbing it in" fashion a bit childish.
I'm not claiming he is great or that I saw his greatness before anyone.

am merely rubbing it for the thread-crappers who were so happy to go on for months and months but have mysteriously disappeared from this thread now.

Undue criticism? You see, you're biased. He was as average as a CM can be, with moments of magic once in a while. Every fan had the right to criticize his performances in the past, unlike now, which at last, he's proving to be a very good player for us.

They obviously have nothing left to say [:D] but you can't deny that they are happy about Claudio's form this season.
I'd love to believe the second bit, only time will tell...very likely that you will see them flooding this thread if he has a shit game.

the negative comments were vastly out of proportion, you'd think he was playing like Motta, Iaquinta or Amauri the way people bashed him senselessly in this thread.

I thought that was you in Vidal's thread after the match against Inter. Who's the hypocrite now?

Every player gets such criticism from different members, so I don't get all the fuss about it. He played average, people criticized him. He's playing good, people are enjoying it and are happy about it.

there are at least 4 people who agreed with me that Vidal had a poor game, it is not my problem if you perceive it as hatred.

and no it wasn't, Marchisio was easily the most criticized after those 3...was he the 4th worst player for Juve last season?

He had better games for us than the one against Inter, sure. But does that make it a "shit performance"? Does that really mean the guy should get benched for fricking Pazienza? It damn sure sounded like hatred.

He was criticized a lot; sometimes rationally, sometimes not. It's the way it is on a internet forum.

I thought the game against Inter was Vidal's best for Juve.

Folk raved about him against Milan, but I thought he was very poor on the ball in that game, though his pressing was very good.

Against Inter he played in a more controlled fashion, adapted well when Conte asked him to occupy a different role and made fewer poor decisions in possession.

He did have a few sloppy passes and created some dangerous counter attacks against us. Could have been costly if Inter didn't choke much. But still, it doesn't justify being labelled as a shit performance really.

Of course not.

He's adapted remarkably quickly and well to Serie A, all things considered.

I wouldn't have batted an eyelid if he was still struggling, as I tend to give people the best part of six months to adapt when they are going to a new country and a new league.

he had 'better' games when we played 4-5-1 and he had a free role to do whatever he likes and there was a lot less pressure on him tactically.

we also struggled offensively in those games with the single striker.

the 2 games we have played 4-3-3 (a system in which we look sensational going forward) he has repeatedly misplaced simples and gone on a walkabout.

and what's wrong with Pazienza? does he have AIDS or leprosy? if can execute simple passes and provide cover for Pirlo, and Marchi when he goes forward, job done.

He was criticized a lot; sometimes rationally, sometimes not. It's the way it is on a internet forum.
ok then why are getting pissed if I'm calling out the irrational ones.

Do you know why we looked sensational going forward? Because at times we were attacking with 5 players. Do you know why we were regaining possession so quickly after we lose it? Because of the high pressing, especially from Vidal. He's not God, he makes mistakes, but for the style Conte seems to be wanting this team to play with, he's cutting it very well.

I'm not going to respond on the Pazienza bit, as I think that was rhetorical.

You're making it a big deal in the first place.

I'm out. Good night.

in an earlier post you admitted he was poor, and now you're saying he's cutting it well...make up your mind.

lol, and you're the one making a big deal about me 'making it a big deal'.
