He's on a big wage. Besides, if he wants to leave we should let him go for free. He's been loyal and a true Juventino. It's not his fault he got injured and he tried to get back into the the first team but clearly Allegri doesn't want him. If we let a scummy piece of shit like Alves go just because he wanted we should definitely let Claudio go.
What makes you think he wants to leave? In all his interviews he said he wants to stay

Besides, if he wants to leave
He doesnt, sometimes news directly from the source itself is more useful then random news reports? He said all summer he wants to stay. Just now he said he wants to stay again in his IG.

Ergo, he isnt asking for his contract to be terminated right now.

Club may have other plans, but he wants to stay.

I hope he stays. We've almost completely lost our identity and we'll soon become a team entirely made up of mercenaries like Inter. Us fans should care more about those things, otherwise we might as well support PSG or Man City.

he wants to stay? sure he does. but he also wants to play. getting to play elsewhere > never playing here i guess
He has made it clear that he wants to stay.

Has he made it clear that he will leave IF he doesn't play? No, he hasn't.

He might be more than willing to play second fiddle to support the club even if that means he won't be a starter.

but hes not even 2nd fiddle these days, hes 3rd fiddle actually. Pjanic and Bentancur are both ahead of him as things stand currently (inb4 random Afghan_Juve rant), as we witnessed last season. next season things can only get worse, as Bentancur is due to get even more playing time.

so far he has said things we Juve fans want to hear, but that does not mean he feels that way. if a mutual contract termination is agreed, that means he was happy enough to go somewhere he will play

These are NOT empty words, they have weight.

And he is still a good player, just needs patience. And is older, so there isnt a reason he should depth player, play a bit on his terms til he retires with us or elsewhere if likes.

WE ARE NOT PUSHING HIM OUT

what we gain by him leaving? nothing. we lose a HG player spot, and i doubt we will find a player whos as good as him to fill it. so if he leaves, we wont even replace him. we gain nothing by letting him go, its all for his sake

If a termination is agreed it's probably because he was told he is no longer wanted and he agreed to leave respectfully

so why dont we want him? 17+4+4 rule means hes more valuable than a player of same quality that isnt club trained, and its not like we have a whole lot of those (Giovinco, Immobile... who else? honestly have no idea). if he leaves, we basically will have a 17+4+3 squad, or 17+4+4 but with someone like Padovan as part of the team. if we atleast sell him and get some money, but not even that. this does nothing for us at all, we are doing him a favor, if it happens

I agree with all of that. Claudio has been with us, his entire life. For me he is the ultimate Juve player.

But it's still clear as day our board are pushing him out, Osman. We're just going to have to accept that.

Let's see some facts, forza marchisio our prince forever.
Here's a recent reality check, obviously the team wants to let him go or he wants to leave, if non of those two things are true when none of you fangirls need to have your panties in a twist and marchisio will stay and there's no question about it and we are all happy.

If Claudio wants to leave because he wants to play more, fair enough. He is on his last legs and towards the end of his career and he deserves to play, theres no way he's at our level anymore and he knows that and probably the reason why he wants out (if he wants out) He's behind all of our mids excrpt for sturaro and it will only get worse.
If the club wants him out, well, the club let go the likes of Ale and Gigi (the later probably because of heavy wages) and if marchisio wants "to help the club regardless of weather he plays or not" he should be willing to take a pay cut and not earn more than cuadrado or mandzukic or benatia to name the few, because let's be honest when you are behind 5 mids for a spot on the team and at a club which lets go legends like Del Piero and Gigi you are expected to take a pay cut since we don't want to be known as "superficial club of mercenaries".

So if he stays I bet we all will be happy, if he ends up not staying or Juve letting him go I wonder what the reason would be, him not ready to rot on the bench or him not ready to take a pay cut.

Last time I checked we don't get a check in the mail if the club saves money on wages. And since when does he want to leave?
