we will need his crossing and man taking ability,
Would always prefer having pirlo on the field and asa on the left instead of peluso , always better having a player with personality and experience in cl like pirlo than a player who until last year played with atalanta and whose ability both in offense and defense doesn't really have potential to make any difference

Even if Bale played right wing, he'd spend the whole game cutting inside instead of taking Peluso on, and end up running straight into Chiellini.

Thats true, but the how he would get the space to cut inside is more worrying for me, find space behind Peluso frequently and with more ease then he would vs Asamoah. And I dont like to see Chiellini drawn more wide, which he would be if he focuses on Bale too much.

Which means he will stay on the left like always. We just can't have bonucci in the pitch to cause errors oh like instead of clearing the ball, ends up kicking it back to him and leave Buffon with his pants down. Just one scenario.

Peluso would take on bale, he is quicker than you think, if he beats Peluso or Asa then bam Chiellini time
Peluso would get skinned alive by Bale - not only due to speed, but also skill. The guy often lunges in unnecessarily against some less skilled Serie A opponents, I could only imagine how badly he'd do against Bale, would probably be at risk of a Red at some stage during the match.

Couldn't imagine Conte would start Pelu ahead of Asa (oh sheesh but there's ACN every freaking year!)
