I have come to the conclusion that marchisio is imperitive to be in the starting XI as he is the only good pure CM we have, what ever system we choose to play adding him into it would seem to set the balance right, also he is a far more tidy and technical player than melo or/and momo. He's also better at setting the pace and dictating play.
