I'm out. We'll se the excuses, after next round, when were out. It's easy to write a script. The usual will blame the missed chances against Sevilla. The usual (+ the inactive ones and 20 new posters) will put all the blame on Marotta.

Not sure if it was tactics that are to blame here.

I'd say it was a combination of bad finishing (Morata), bad mentality & fatigue.
The lose defense was bad tactics. Imo it's bad tactics, because we have been totally useless in attack and Allegri should know that.

Edit: The Barbaresco is almost fisnished. Gonna drink some IPA's and hit the sack. First place would've been a wonderful evening.

And since we are going to lift it, why qualify from the group stages?
Because of the paperwork

We had such a good team for this game and decided to completely fuck this up.
Once again we count on drawventus to deliver, and nothing good comes out of this.

Morata was criminal and costed us 3 points. Not only we'll probably get a stronger opponent, we failed to get easy coefficients points.
Whatever, let's see who'll we draw and then let the meltdown begin.

We didnt park the bus. We attacked them and created chances, wich we didnt score, and we suffered when Marchisio collapsed and the entire midfield with him.

we didnt play for a draw.

I thought we didn't need a vice marchisio.

Also morata chocked when it mattered. Could prove very costly.

What a weird game.

Wrong approach in the second half, and Morata's missed sitter proved costly. We always make life hard for ourself in this fucking competition so what's new here.

If we draw any of Barca/Bayern/Madrid/Atletico we are fucked IMO.

No, but we need a good bench, and they were all injured, making him play a game too many in a row.

Khedira would have been Ideal. Asamoah, with Pogba in the center.

Both were out. We need to assess if Khedira is going to be reliable or not. If he isnt we need to consider banega.

Not from Real, and probably not Bayern, although they'd beat us comfortably.

We haven't really been humiliated, as in beaten by huge scorelines for four and a half seasons. Barca might do it, but otherwise we're just too solid (even if, I repeat, they'd probably beat us comfortably).
I will be so happy if they beat us comfortably like 3-0 but not 5-0, both matches. It will be a great success .
