Tonight Beppe needs to be on his way to the office and holding a warm copy of a new contract fresh of the press for Max to sign. Ask what he wants. Give it to him.

It's difficult to tell if it did infact hit the chest but zoomed up pics show it did hit benatias foot. The other thing is and what I don't understand is wth was Vazquez trying to do because his position was not to shoot. It was almost like he was either try to chest it or dive.

Dive, just as he did earlier in the match to win a free-kick outside the box.

Just as Ronaldo did about 10 times throughout the match and never booked.

If the ref condones it, players will keep doing it.

I was actually thinking the same.. Looks like Benatia hit him in the chest, but again.. Its a very very very tight one, and even after seeing it again and again im still not sure if that was really a penalty.

Juventus played their hearts out tonight, that deserves massive respect. Real Madrid always have this small luck that decide things in their favour when they are in deep $#@!.

It's not 'luck'. It's a system. And not one that is being controlled by Real Madrid either.

Not sure I misunderstand you here, but never said its corruption or anything. But they always manage to squeeze out the last luck when the game is balancing on a knife-edge.

No. I am saying it IS corruption. But it's not teams that are corrupted, it's the UEFA. Real just do what everyone does: try to win games.

Meh. I’m with Abel on this: I’m happy we managed to make this lopsided affair competitive in the end. Made them sweat. It’s not good enough in the end, but I’ll take that over 0-3 at home and checking out anyway.

We've proven in Europe that we are arguably the best team. Its time to start acting like one. No more silly sales, for starters and signing big players.

Let's be serious here, IMO that 9 out of 10 refs woudn't have ever awarded that penalty at such a crucial/decisive time in the game and the 1 ref that would'v probably given the penalty will always've been in favour of solely Madrid or Barca at this stage, it was a 50-50 challenge all day long which went absolutely unfairly against us...

Anyway, without excuses, main point here is that it could've and should've have been avoided for the sake of a fair and clean outcome to the game, which wasn't the case here.

No. We can't do that. We can't just be proud. This is a wrong and it needs to be righted. Not because Real aren't the best team in the world. They are. But because it happens every goddamn time. And it has happend for years. And we know UEFA are corrupt.

I still take more positives than negatives from it.
Up to a point. I am proud of the team, surely. But I am bitter about the way things have been allowed to go on for years. It's the same thing as the FIFA. We needed the friggin' FBI to intervene.
