Olympiakos is tough at home. They took it to Atletico, after all.
The problem is that we're stuck in a sort of Capello curse: meeting expectations, but having no hope in hell of ever potentially exceeding them and positively surprising anybody.
Slow motion pass > slow motion pass > slow motion pass > slow motion pass > 1% pressure applied on us > lose the ball and concede counter
Slow motion pass > slow motion pass > slow motion pass > slow motion pass > get a shyty show away that either misses by a mile or goes straight to the keeper
That's the worst part. Olympiacos are not even good.
We didn't even start playing until 75 minutes. You can't give teams a head start in Europe and all too often we start the game with a ridiculous mentality to sit back and respect our opponent.
We are pretty average far from being strong in Europe. The tactics and formation is all wrong. We have the talent to.do a lot better but we need to get our shit together and change the mentality. Dont want to make any excuses but their keeper did just play the game.of his life. We also looked alot better when Marchisio came on and despite not getting a goal i was really impressed with Morata's movement and explosiveness. Thats all i can say really.
Ok we tried.. Can we have a good coach now?
I havent seen such a poor performance since Del Neri..
We didnt play for 70 minutes !
Roberto had a fantastic game but I doubt he could take a riot of 90 minutes..
