Oh fvck off. Ever thought of it the other way around? Looks to me like Capello isn't a true Juve fan. Face it, m_elayyan, the only way Juve are going to be a good team tonight is Zlatan NOT playing.

A Juve Fan Weighs Up The werder Bremen Decider

Juventus entertain Werder Bremen tonight in Turin seeking to overturn a 2-3 first-leg deficit in order to advance in the Champions League. The game promises another fascinating contrast of styles bu the first game was a riot of unpredictability, and with the free-scoring Werder attack against the uncompromising Juve defence, anything could happen...but Juve know they must score at least once, without reply,to progress. Werder will be guaranteed a quarter-final beat if they can outscore the old Lady again. Goal.com asked Juve fan Marco Uslenghi to set the scene...

Q: How do you feel about the way the first leg went?
A: It was not the best Juve of the season, but even with such a poor showing we had almost won the game. Then, unfortunately, we had a 5-minute blackout in which Werder overturned the result in their favour.

Q: Was it the right result - and if not, why not?
A: For what the teams had shown on that night - yes. However, even a 50% Juve side could have beaten Werder were it not for those incredible last minutes.

Q: From your perspective, how did the media report the game and its aftermath - fairly or badly?
A: Fairly enough they hailed Bremen’s performance and criticized Juve’s game. Hopefully it will be the other way round in the second leg....

Q: In light of the first leg, how confident are you that Juventus can progress to the next round?
A: Very much. Juve will recover all the players in defence so we should be solid enough back there. And everyone knows that Werder Bremen are quite weak defensively, therefore if we manage to create enough chances, we shall easily win and go through.

Q: What are the positives you take from the first leg?
A: The ease with which we scored the goals, proving that their defensive department is far from solid and will not be able to hold a strong Juve attack.

Q: Do you think that tactically, we’ll see a very different game this time, or more of the same?
A: Werder Bremen is a team which seems to keep attacking no matter what the result is. It reminds me a lot of the way Zdenek Zeman likes to play his teams. If this is the case, then I think we might see many goals in this encounter as Juve have to score and will need to attack more in this second leg.

Q: What aspects of Juve's first leg performance make you nervous about the return?
A: The lack of concentration during those infamous 5 minutes. However, knowing Capello and his ways, I’m sure that he must given them quite a lecture after the match and I doubt we shall see the same mistakes again.

Q: And what should werder Bremen be worried about?
A: Juve’s thirst for winning the Champions League. There’s no bigger motivation than wanting to win the trophy at all costs after reaching the final (and losing) 4 times in the past 9 years.

Q: Which Bremen player would you single out as their key man and how should Juve deal with him?
A: Klose is always a threat, but even Micoud can be quite dangerous, especially since he did not particularly shine during his Italian stint with Parma, and will probably want to make up for it with an impressive performance at the Delle Alpi.

Q: Would you want him in the Bianconerri team?
A: Even though I consider him (Micoud) a good midfielder, I think we’re more than covered in the middle of the pitch with the Vieira-Emerson duo.

Q: Who from Juventus should we watch out for this time?
A: This might be Trezeguet’s night, especially if we do manage to feed him with the chances. In the previous match he had one good chance and he fully took advantage of it.

Q: What’s likely to be the biggest problem for the referee in the second leg?
A: In the second legs of European competitions (especially the latter stages), players from losing sides lose their cool and he might have to watch out from some dirty fouls which are obviously caused by frustration.

Q: How has your opinion of Werder Bremen changed after the first leg, if at all?
A: I didn’t think they could play so well (offensively), so I must say well done for the nice flowing attacking football they produce.

Q: If Werder Bremen win, how far can you see them going in the competition?
A: I don’t think they are good enough to go all the way, but neither Liverpool were last season and yet they still won the trophy because as we have seen in recent years, it’s not the best team that wins it, but the most motivated and in form side.

Q: And if Juventus win - how far can they go?
A: On paper we can reach the final (and finally win it), but injuries/suspensions might stop us from achieving this.

Q: What single thing irritates you most about Werder Bremen?
A: Their ugly shirt colours (especially the goalkeeper’s)

Q: And what do you grudgingly admire?
A: The courage....to wear those shirts!

Q: What do you think the score of this match will be, and how will it affect the rest of Juve's season?
A: I think Juve can win 2-0 and boost our confidence for the final stages of the Champions League. The Scudetto is almost sealed on our shirts already so it will not affect us in any way domestically.

You do know you didn't make any sense there? Have you actually read my post? And I'm not talking about reading letters or words, but I'm talking about reading and comprehending sentences. If you are able to comprehend sentences on the level of a five year old, could you please try to do so again? Thank you very much, your mummy will be very proud.

ehm...everybody should relax now.

i also think different sometimes than capello.
and i also think that ibra isnt as good as last season.
but i think its strange here....(and i am not talking bout THIS thread here) how "FANS" talk about their team or the coach.

yeah, i like lippi more too....but "crap" (???) is our couch now...and i cant say hes crap coz we r still in the quarterfinal....we r first in serie a with 10 points at the top!
i cant understand why he should be "crap"!

and i also would prefer del piero tonite....and i think if he wont play from the start, he will come later...anyway... im fan of this team... and as a fan i should like the players too...thats why i am a fan of this team or not???

oh my god...if our coach or some of our players would be as shit as some say...
we wouldnt be there where we are!

and i dont think that fans of other clubs (if its milan, manu, barca or whatever)
talk about their players and coach like this....
ESPECIALLY NOT IN OUR SITUATION (1st place serie a, first in the champ league group, still in the quarter final...and i hope and think we will go on)

look where real is right now...and i think their fans arent like this.

@azurri: thats not against u. i have mosty the same opinion as u. but i thought this often and now i wanted to write it. coz this stupid discussion started again.
not at least in the miccoli-thread

....so guys...i would prefer when we would trust in our TEAM!!

Gazzetta.it is reporting that Capello is going to use Trez and Ibra from the start , leaving Del Piero in the bench... also is going to bench Mutu.

IF this is true, Im going to reserve my comments on this one and "trust" in Capello...
