I don't know but I thought this was a near perfect performance from Juve. We did almost everything right. People say Sevilla was shit but that could also be due to the fact that we were just so dominant and neutralised them straight away. I am really loving our European performances this season.

I know they were missing quite a few players...but that was woeful from Sevilla. In the second half and down 1-0, they were just happy to sit back and not even bother trying to press us or try to turn the tie around. What's going on over there in Andalusia?!?!??!

according to gazzetta, hernanes was our worst player, but i'd also pick pogba. he had a silent game - still i think, he improved a lot, cutting down all the flair and fancy, while being just reliable throughout the whole match.
Hernanes did well for me, although as has been pointed out, the conditions suited him well with little pressure on him. Imagining Pirlo from 2-3 years ago in that position shows his limitations as a real quality deep playmaker, but he still used the ball well and got out of the little difficulty he had with nice feet.

Buffon -
Barzagli 7.1
Bonucci 6.5
Chiellini 6.5
Evra 7
Khedira 6.5
Hernanes 6.5
Pogba 6
Cuadrado 7
Dybala 6.5
Morata 6.5
agree except it should be Chiellini > Bonucci and Khedira > Hernanes

the rest is good

Btw as much as we've upped our game, Sevilla played simply horrible. Misplaced tons of passes, even easy ones, really didn't make it too hard for us.

well they didn't make a single shot toward Buffon. The hardest they tried were weak crosses which Buffon got a hold with ease

They showed him in the sideline before kickoff and the in the stands.

Imagine if Vidal came to watch us play...
Nah, is not even near the same feeling. Vidal was going there but his transfer to bayern , for me, killed everything.

Players like, Trez, Camo, DP, Buff, Nedved....are legendary heroes like no other. Their fall and ascend from serie B with us, sacrificing their careers...makes them like a special kind of legend. They are really trascendent.

This is what worries me a little. They showed nothing. Like really nothing. Frosinone level shid.

Because of this im a little skeceptical about this win.... but i want to believe this will help us to find our rhytm. Lets wait and see.
