By the waY just received a call from my friend who works in the Italian airlines. He says that the following palyers: Casilas, Helguira, Samuel, Bravo, Graveson, Figo, Ronaldo and Gutty were all given a one way ticket to Qatar.
Ronaldo asked for a first class seat, the 2nd class seat could not carry his fat @ss....

He’s immediately asked why he ran into the changing rooms right after the final whistle. Fabio Capello tells about shouting his lungs out. Then he analyses their great win: “It was a very important and tough match for Juventus, due to the 0-1 in the first leg. We won, playing with heart, brains and good quality. The match was very hard, but we conceded very few to the other side, except for a shot by Ronaldo and two free kicks, one for Figo and one for Roberto Carlos”. He’s asked about Zalayeta and Pessotto, who both performed a great match: “Such are players who train with great commitment and when you need them they never let you down.”

“We’re happy, we played an excellent match, causing Real some trouble, especially on the first goal, playing with great intensity during the whole match.”

David Trezeguet doesn’t behave out of his character: he put his own personal mark on the match when he got into the the second half, paving the way for qualification to quarter finals. His was a masterful goal, a precise and powerful scissors-kick, which is even more important as it occurs after the hard time David has gone through: “Yes, this has been a quite unlucky season for me: first I had to stay out for the shoulder injury, then because of the virus I caught… Anyway, I fulfilled my most important wish: scoring a winning goal against Real Madrid. Now I have to continue working to regain a top condition. I think I can recover nearly 100% in two weeks’ time.”

As for Champions’ League draw, David has no preferences about next opponents but he knows exactly who he wouldn’t like to meet: “I hope we can avoid Italian clubs. It’s not nice to play for qualification against a club you usually meet in the home championship.”

Moggi hails ‘great’ Juventus Thursday 10 March, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Director general Luciano Moggi believes his Juventus side are back to their best after dumping Real Madrid out of Europe.

There were doubts starting to creep in about the true quality of the side, after they recently let an eight point lead slip in Serie A.

But the outfit last night overturned a 1-0 first leg defeat to Real, to book themselves a place in the Champions’ League quarter-finals.

"We not only eliminated Real Madrid but we have underlined that we are a great side," said the club official.

"I think that all of the players on the pitch demonstrated that they are players of the highest standard.

"We are not looking to send any messages but it is clear that we have quality and can beat anyone."

The Stadio Delle Alpi success was made the more impressive given that key man Pavel Nedved (pictured) was absent.

The Czech ace picked up a head injury in the first leg defeat and hasn’t been able to feature since.

"He’s now back in training and could start on the bench this Sunday," continued Moggi. "If that doesn’t happen then he will be back the following week.

"His absence has been very serious for us but few people have commented on that.

"We have just used our strengths to maintain our leadership in Serie A and are now through to the last eight of the Champions ‘ League."

:D

It is not bcuz of last night, I appreciate his improvment of his Roma days, but really I don't think he is good enough to play for Juve, at least not in the starting 11..
Im not a big fan of him, but to say he isnt good enough is a bit ludicrous no? His contributions to our game is vital

Look I don't want to crtisize any of our players these few days, but Zebina is nowhere near Juve standards...
I think, he is doing ok.

By the way, which standards do you mean? If DP is our untouchable star than Zebina is more than a star.

The same was said about Camo, last year. But this season he was our great player, a super star.

I hope he improves, even if I'm not convinced of his ability...
I've said it before, I 've decide not to critisize any of our player for a while

By the way REAL think they are THE TEAM. HAHAHA. The only thing Real are really good at is passing the ball between them. most of their players are masters of ball passing. This is why they keep winning. But thats about it.
They only have names, but they don't have quality.
Casilas: IMO is the luckiest goal keeper in the world. It is really a shame they are comparing him to buffon the great. He just gets lucky with some saves and that many players shoot the ball right at him, e.g. Ibrahimovic during both games.
Figo: they keep talking about him as if he was a god. Well if he is god, then who is pessotto?? Pessotto managed to CONTROL HIM.
Beckham: He is one of the most over rated players in the world. he is a terrific free kick shooter, but thats it.
Zidane: Is the world best player during the past 20 years. He is the one who is make real win.
R. Carlos: Used to be a very good player. Now he is a average, but still can shoot.
Graveson: Maybe their best purchase. He gave them streangth in the midfield.
Raul: I am a big fan of him, but he was distoryed when Morientis left. Real gave away the best duo in the world "Raul and Morientis"
Ronaldo: He is a baby. Couldn't qualify to be a soccer player in my book.
Owen: What a waste, I am a big fan.. I understand that you wanted to get trophies, but it was a mistake to leave Liverpool for Real.

They don't have anyone in deffence worth mentioning.

The thing is, they really believe that they are the DREAM TEAM. With the amounts their management are paying for players they are stupid not to win every match they play.

REALLY REALLY BAD MANAGEMENT.
agree with u
but i think there managers dont care about titles but making some god money from adds and sellings team items

I'm watching the replay now. and man I juz love how the commentary speaks as if Real is to win.

About Casilias saving Zlatan's direct shot "Casilias has performed yet another miracle"
About Ronaldo firing juz few meters wide "If Ronaldo has fired more accurately, they would book a ticket to advance to the quarter-finals"

And the funniest thing is, they refer Juve as a team in the EPL!!!
Man juz can't stop laughing :rofl:
