Half time ladies and gentlemen...

We started out very good and organized but still no goals. Hopefully will be better on second half. I'm off to cook something for my dying stomach...

We're not looking too bad so far, but we've let Real balance the game out. we've started with the long balls again, we need to pass the ball around on the ground like in the first 10 minutes.

IMO, we ned to bring Oli and Trez on we need to have the attack centred around someone, and Trez is that man.

Half-time Analysis

We controlled about 70% of the possession in the first half. We did have a bright start as we looked dangerous on a few occassions. The referee has been so generous to Real for some calls. Although we need to attack more and our finishing needs to be perfect. We can win this game if we continue to play like this, and score. But if we only continue to play like this, Real might get a chance to grab that crucial away goal. And if that happens, I'm going back to sleep because I don't see us scoring 3 goals against anyone.

Use a quadruple attack in the second half....we have to score, and we have nothing to lose....
No, we should not concede, we have 45 minutes to score 1 goal and the game goes to ET, there is no rush exposing ourselves more.

We were definitely the better side until the last 10 minutes, it seems that our players became restless and increased the pace (something we should not do as we control the game slowly). Once we increased the pace Real got more space and did some fast counter attacks.

Camoranesi was our best player, Zlatan was good too. Zebina was doing good too. Personally I saw that Pesotto was our weakest link and Zambrotta did not really impress me. Zalayeta's body helps him a lot to shine and gain balls, but his finishing is a disaster.

We missed a few chances and we did not take advantage of the set-pieces not to forget that Merk did not treat us very well in the first half.

I do not expect any changes in the early minutes of the second half, but if things stay the same, I see Olivera replacing Pesotto

pessotto is non existent i think maybe tacchi shud come on at half time he will offer more creativity

ibrahimovic is really pissing me off he keeps losing the ball

zala has had a cple of shots and is working hard but lets be honest hes simply not gud enugh at this level
