With this match being at the Delle Alpi I would take the game to Rapid because they won't be able to handle class players such as Zlatan and Mutu. Vieira will be a big loss however we should be able to cope without him...I mean we should win this match 4-0 to be honest.

Abbiati

Blasi - Thuram - Cannavaro - Zambrotta

Camoranesi - Emerson - Giannichedda

Ibrahimovic - Trezeguet - Mutu

Agree on the lineup and the hypothetical result but i would rather play 4-4-2. I dont like the trident, well i do but i like 442 better.

Nop. Watch your lang.

Del Piero better start simply because he didn't deserve to start on the bench against Parma, and If Capello was to Bench him against Rapid, then It wouldn't be fair.
You're right!

Since when is this about being "fair"? Football isn't fair. Life isn't fair. Decisions need to be made in the best interests of the team.

That said, I do expect DP to start Tue.

As you said Life isn't fair.

Back to topic, Del Piero did pretty good in his 2matches, didn't expect him to be benched against Parma, But as-long as he was benched, then I expect him to start, If he didn't, then I would call it "unfair".

If the decision is made in the best interest of the team, that would be fair enough.
IMO,Del Piero deserves to play!
