I have a strange feeling that Vidal will fit well in the AMC role. He has lost some of his mobility after his injury but his touch and finishing can be useful if he does not have to defend a lot.

Speculation is that Juventus will have Kwadwo Asamoah fit for tonight’s Champions League match with Olympiacos, but not Angelo Ogbonna.

The duo have been fighting to prove their fitness for this evening’s key European tie for the Bianconeri after respective knocks suffered in the weekend win at Empoli.

Sky Sport 24 suggest that whilst Asamoah is in line to return from a slight muscle strain, Ogbonna will be rested and prompt a formation change.

Rumours are that Max Allegri will now opt for a back four with Asamoah on the left and Stephan Lichtsteiner on the right, either side of Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini.

This would also introduce a diamond midfield for the team, with Andrea Pirlo flanked by Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal, with Claudio Marchisio further ahead.
