Why the fuck would you take out Marchisio from that role? He did an amazing defensive job - Ronaldo had absolutely no space. This is the winning combination and that's exactly what we're going to do.

I just read up on the last page of comments, are people seriously against Marchisio on the RW? He kept the best winger in the world quiet for an entire game - the failed offside trap was on Caceres. Marchisio was fucking sublime vs Madrid last time.

He is usually dependable, especially in crucial matches.

We all know about BonBon (and has he ever done well in a back 4? I don't recall).

Caceres is a mixed bag. If he was playing with the rest of the usual defence, I wouldn't worry too much, but this is a completely new system, and new combination of players. I wish we tried for the 2 league games since the first Madrid game.

Ogbonna has just been unconvincing on the whole 'til now.
usually. Some would say he cost Juve the match last time around

Barzagli for me gels the defence.

Ogbonna as a LB sucks, Bonucci as a CB is a disaster waiting to happen.

If Conte intends to play with a back 4 (and I think he should), PLEASE let it be Asamoah - Obonna - Barzagli - Caceres

playing Ogbonna in the centre for a game of this sort of importance would be near suicidal, yes bonucci has his 'moments' but he has played in plenty of big matches in the past to know how to approach this one
