It ended up the result most expected, but we did better in our performance than the Barcelona ball gobblers expected. We didn't deserve the scoreline but that happens often in the death throes of important games, doesn't mean shit. We basically lost by the odd goal to one of the best club sides ever. I do feel proud but it's not really much of a consolation.

We needed bigger performances from big players. Tevez was mediocre, Pirlo was not far off, Pogba was there until the end but sporadic, you can't do that and expect to win this game. That spell we had just before the cheating Uruguayan vampire bastard's goal was a good one and then a scrappy goal and all of a sudden the game is against us. If we had got a goal then we'd have the trophy, I'm certain, because Barcelona were rattled.

The early goal was also really poor, but look how we responded, that is why we are a winning team. It's probably just a little too early for us.

Barcelona probably deserved it based on chances and quality, shame I dislike a few of their players so much.

Really looking forward to next season, I think we will be very dynamic and even more suited to do well in Europe. In hindsight, and foresight for many, Pirlo was a gamble which didn't really have any weight in the end.

Proud of the boys. The second half was awesome from our players. Marchisio MOM for me. It's so sad losing in the final. I will try not to think too much about it. Let's hope we will build on that and next year we will come back stronger.

we can learn from this experience anyway, hopefully this will be a start of a new era of at least reaching the semis year and year out.

Im not as disapointed as I was in 2003 to be honest, I felt the loss in 2003 a lot more for some reason.

We knew that we'll need incredible luck to win here. The unlucky part was getting the strongest attack in history in this final. We weren't unlucky tonight, but we didn't have the required luck. The moment was at 1:1. If we had the luck Tevez's shot to be precise or Cakir to whistle a penalty on Pogba and then Tevez/Vidal scored from the spot, we could have defended the 2:1. In any other case we were finished, as it happened. We lost our legs and a potential ET would have been a repeat of last year's final.

Gutted, just like the rest of you.

What we learned is that we need more offensive firepower. Other than that, we played a damn good game.

time to build for the future. this was a good lesson for many players like bonucci, vidal, pogba, pereyra, coman and most importantly allegri.

now we need to build on this. there is no shame in losing when we gave it all.

forza juve. forza tuz

I'm not sad. I'm not sad at all. This is not like the last 3 CL losses.

I am pleased with and proud of this team. They did everything in their power but came up short. There's still plenty of hope for the future.

Always and forever, FORZA JUVE!

So much underperforming, wow!
Barca was quite poor tonight, so we def could have taken this with a good performance!
Ref was very barca friendly, like 100% of uefa refs....
