Its a little bit of everything probably:
-Great players go there.
-Endless transfer funds for anyone you want.
-Barca trying to always buy everyone like its a video game.
-What others have said like some fans arrogance, player arrogance, etc

Just registered to wish you guys luck on saturday (as a Barca fan). Although, I must admit I am bit surprised over the hate towards Barcelona as a team. I understand the hate against Neymar and Busquets but a lot of you seem to have a genuine dislike against Barcelona as a team.

I think the hatred, with a lot of people, have more to do with the fan base than the actual players themselves. I'm not saying that the Barca players are by and large the epitome of class and grace, its just that the fan base is so over the top.

Here in the United States its similar to the hatred for the New England Patriots. I, living in the New England area, do not hate the team that much, but I want to fucking strangle every slack jawed chowder head wearing Patriots regalia everywhere I turn.

The dislike comes largely from Barca people claim some sort of moral superiority due to their brand of football.

That and many of the players coming across as utter cunts.
