Trezeguet deserves to start based on form, but Amauri is a great target man even when he doesn't score and always links up well with Gio. Don't take that away from him.

Ciro must start using Gio FFS

You could replace "Gio" with "Trezeguet" and I'd agree with that just as much.

1.) Trez's scoring record in CL gives him a divine right to start this game so if amauri plays over him I will be pissed.
2.) IQ should not come close to playing as a AM when we have Gio who is much better than him in that position.
3.) Poulsen over sissoko in a game we NEED to win is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard, espicially poulsens horrible season thus far.

~if we are to win then we need gio, trez, and sissoko playing. The other 3 wouldn't make sense as they are out of position or in bad form.

Really love Champions League nights, quite excited about this match.

I think they belong to " Arab 48 " group ..

Anyway, Mohamed Ghadir is one of them and as people say " he's young and talented " .. only 18 years old ..

We are Juventus, they are "some Israeli team", so no matter how they play, normally we should be favorites, shouldn't care about them and set whichever formation we want.

But in our current form we aren't so powerful to do it, so it might be smart to play some formation that will neutralize their strengths and kick them where they're weakest.

Can someone tell me more about Maccabi, the tactics they use, their strengths and their weaknesses?
Do they play with wingers? Is their defense strong? etc etc
