you probably never watched Haifa play before, but assuming they will park the bus just cause they are a small team playing away is wrong.

They always played attacking football in the CL and they know they dont have good enough defence to keep a scoreless draw so they will try to score.
you can watch the bordeaux game.

With that said I would still play an offensive team cause we play at home against a weaker team and we desperatly need the confidance boost of a convincing win asap.

2) Easy to mange and govern
3) Well bred

Civilzation isn't a modern word, and it has no grip in today's world, thats way your all case is iirelevant.
Actually all three factors aren't relevant to "modern" countries. The whole world is an "advance" civilzation because of the global-village effect and many other factors such as mendatory education, civil rights and so on (at least most countries, but not most pepole unfortunately ).
