A notable change for Real in the second half was how even their CBs pushed us deep into our half. I think that is what did it for them. Before the match there were some tactics talks and how if Real do that then Juve will punish them because we're good with passing and quick in attack. My ass. We had no reply to that kind of pressing. Perhaps if that ball didn't deflect into the net we might have found an answer for their pressing, but alas.

There are no leaders out there on the pitch to pull the team together when the going gets tough. Really disappointing.

Some are saying Allegri is not to blame but he has to take blame for not reacting to when his team obviously playing well below par. Zidane easily outsmarted him.
Lol, you are right about no leaders, but allegri is working with what he had. Players not able to coope with pressure is not his fault. The next step is to find the players that can perform in the most important matches.

Alright, once again we were almost on it. I was really angry during the match, now i feel like with anestesia.
So for next seasons, would not make drastic moves, we just need to keep building on the team(Midfield improve, we need more power here(play making)), and start a decent proyect about winning this trophy. (destroy all other teams(our current CL mentality is not serving us))
Today as a fan I am just hurted for those players that had been the longest with us.

Ps. next time from now on, every final Juventus reaches, not going to watch it on direct, is unbearable for the emotions(body).
Ps2. I expect us to win CL on the next 2 following seasons.

What happened at half time?

Embarrassing second half, were we scared that we had a real chance of winning this and freeze? Or were we too worried about stopping Real? Whatever happened it was awful.

Ramos/the ref were even more embarrassing. I honestly thought he was going to 2nd yellow Ramos for diving, and I think Ramos thought the same so started holding his boot. Pathetic how often guys like him, Pepe and Marcelo get away with that sort of behaviour.

It's not this it's the fact that we just badly suck every time. In 96 we won in pens fucking pens. We don't have the DNA. Where do we get that? How do we get that? Man we played shit but sure as fuck dont deserve to go down by two fluky deflected goals. I think that's what killed us.

I've never been so disgusted watching a second half. It was like a disabled team came out with our regular jerseys on. Even before the Casemiro fluke we did absolutely nothing for 15 mins but pass the ball to them. WTF was our team talk?

We'd clearly lost it after 2-1, the player never believed they would come back again. We simply had to have a lead at some point to win the game, there is always the chance of being battered by this team with gaps everywhere.

Sergio Ramos is a disgusting cheat, just to fuck us over that bit more.

TBH I never truly believe that we are going to win these finals, I wonder if the players even believe it.

Dybala was totally and utterly useless. Froze like fuck, his first touch is too often absolute shite for a technical player like that. But who did well for Juve? Mandzukic for a half, that's about it.
We needed the perfect game but had the opposite. The barca games were our final. Real always knew they could win, we didn't. I wonder if Cuadrado should've come on earlier. Probably wouldn't have mattered. We just stopped playing our game completely, we were all over them at times in the first and I actually believed we could do it. Football is cruel but we just switched off. This is like a Fucking bad dream.

Real realized beating our 2 man midfield is the key to win the game. They have great midfield whereas tonight our mid wasn't. Our front three got no service. Every formation has each weakness. Unfortunately it happened to us in the most important game of the season. Huge mental disadvantage for the next seasons. You can play fantastic all games but as soon you play the final, bad memories flash back and the team will be very tense.

TBH I thought we got lucky in the games before this, should have conceded more goals. That makes me wary playing Real Madrid, they get every single break and had that in the bank.
I thought it was the luck we were missing. Apparently we used it all before the final.
