I think the bolded teams will go through.

VfB Stuttgart - Barcelona
Olympiakos - Bordeaux
Inter - Chelsea
Bayern Munich - Fiorentina
CSKA Moscow - Sevilla
Lyon - Real Madrid
Porto - Arsenal
AC Milan - Manchester United

Edit: Exactly the same choices as Dusan.

I agree with the above. Except Porto's match. I think Porto will go through.

You know what does this mean, right? :D
If there is a team that can give United a hard time it's Milan.

Mourinho will be extremely pumped up to beat his older team and he will pull out rabbits from the hat for this encounter.

Viola will eliminate Bayern just to show everyone how lame Juventus are.

    No surprises at all?
I think there will be at least one surprise. And i'm thinking Porto-Arsenal.
Lots will depend on Arsenal's squad at the time and how much plagued with injuries they'll be.
In any case, I expect Porto to be a very tough nut for them. Porto have been troubling the English teams a lot in the previous decade and I expect nothing different this time, even though Chelsea beat Porto twice this year.

Well, surprisingly, I hope you're right.
Nothing to do with supporting Italian teams, because I never do, but I still have hope that things in Juve will become better after the winter break and our opponents playing tough matches in Europe till April, will only help us.
None of Inter, Milan and Fiorentina are, imo, good enough to make the final, even less win it, so there is no harm if they make the quarters.

Of course, the financial aspect of it sucks. They'll be getting more money while we won't, but if it results with Juve winning the scudetto, i'm willing to accept it.

English and Spanish teams to rule the roost. A couple of lame encounters, whereas the big guns have been pitted against each other yet again.

Chelsea to humiliate Inter, Bordeaux and Sevilla with free passes to the next round. Arsenal, Madrid, and Barca to pull through, but it won't be that easy for both Arsenal and Madrid; they will struggle.

I hope Milan and Fiorentina go through; Bayern are not that strong, and Fiorentina will prove it. Unfortunately, we were just too pathetic, and that's why we are in the Mickey Mouse Cup aka The Europa League.

Now they're showing Milan's CL final win in 2003 and Pirlo, Buffon, Sheva are talking about it.

Gigi said that he was sure how he'll save 3 penalties and how he thought he saved Nesta's penalty
