Bayern is overrated, especially this season.

And we are underrated, as usual.

I like it. Tends to lead us further then many expect.

Was reading Bayern forum and supposedly Pep stated in his presser yesterday that Martinez will be out for 4-6 weeks.

So that means either he'll miss both legs or we'll face a rusty Martinez if they risk him in the return leg.

That quote is very old, from before tests were done, and he probably meant no long-term injury. It's been confirmed that Javi Martinez is out for 4 weeks and will be out of the first leg.

And yeah, Bayern are heavy favorites in this tie despite their injuries.

92% pass completion rate and 3.17 goals/game (whoever did that doesn't know what ratio means) are very high. Those are just CL stats, innit?
According to some around here all of bayerns recent problems are lies they put out themselves so theyre probably just lying about the injuries too just to surprise us on the day. Cause they totally have to do that

What about the quality of the opposition ?

The 5-1 mauling of Arsenal aside, they have basically been feasting on scrubs just like in their league.

I hope both Vidal and Alonso play. They're going to have one slow-ass midfield with those two.

Yeah, those numbers are from just the CL games. 92% pass success rate and 3.17 goals/game are only possible from a small sample size.
